탄피의 입구부 내경과 외경 및 탄피 전체 높이를 검사하는 탄피 결함 검사 및 분류장치에 있어서,
회전 이송부(10)의 원판형 회전 테이블(11)에 일정한 각도 상의 외주면에 탄피(1)가 세워진 상태로 인입되도록 다수의 검사홈(11-1)이 구성되어 공급피더에 의하여 탄피가 공급되도록 하며,
회전 테이블에 의해 이동하는 탄피의 상부에 회전 테이블과 함께 회전하면서 탄피를 검사하는 검사유닛의 하단에 검사헤드(21)를 설치하되, 검사헤드(21)의 저면에는 탄피(1)의 외경 및 높이를 검사하기 위하여 탄피(1)의 정상 외경와 동일한 내경을 갖는 검사내면(21-1)을 구성하고, 검사헤드(21)가 최대 하강하였을 때 탄피(1)의 정상높이와 일치하는 검사상면(21-2)을 구성하고, 검사헤드(21)의 내부에는 검사핀(21-3)을 결합하되, 검사핀(21-3)의 외경은 정상적인 탄피(1)의 내경과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄피 결함 검사 및 분류장치.
