Claims (11)
- 내부 공간을 갖는 이너케이스;
상기 이너케이스의 상기 내부 공간에 배치된 복수의 중공사막;
상기 이너케이스의 일측에 배치되어 상기 복수의 중공사막의 일측을 고정하는 제1 포팅부; 및
상기 이너케이스의 타측에 배치되어 상기 복수의 중공사막의 타측을 고정하는 제2 포팅부; 를 포함하며,
상기 이너케이스는 120℃ 이상의 열변형 온도 및 1% 이하의 흡습성을 갖는,
중공사막 카트리지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이너케이스는 0.5% 이하의 흡습성을 갖는, 중공사막 카트리지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이너케이스는 고분자 수지를 포함하는, 중공사막 카트리지. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 수지는, 폴리페닐렌에테르(PPE), 폴리페닐설폰(PPSU), 폴리설폰(PSU), 폴리에테르에테르케톤(PEEK) 및 폴리아릴레이트(PAR) 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 중공사막 카트리지. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 폴리페닐렌에테르(PPE)는 폴리스타이렌-부타다이엔 공중합체(HIPS)에 의하여 개량된 폴리페닐렌에테르(m-PPE)인, 중공사막 카트리지. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 m-PPE는 상기 m-PPE의 전체 중량에 대하여 90 내지 99중량%의 폴리페닐렌에테르(PPE) 및 1 내지 10중량%의 폴리스타이렌-부타다이엔 공중합체(HIPS)를 포함하는, 중공사막 카트리지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이너케이스는 고온 및 고습 처리 후 중량 감소율이 10%이하인, 중공사막 카트리지:
여기서, 상기 고온 및 고습 처리는, 물이 담긴 오토클레이브(Autoclave) 내에 상기 이너케이스를 배치한 후, 오토클레이브(Autoclave)를 120℃±3℃의 온도로 설정하여 200시간 처리하는 것을 의미한다. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이너케이스는 100 x 10-6 ㎜/㎜/℃ 이하의 열팽창 계수(CTE: Coefficient of Thermal Expansion)를 갖는, 중공사막 카트리지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이너케이스는 비중이 1.5 g/cm3 이하인, 중공사막 카트리지. - 내부 공간, 배가스 유입구 및 배가스 배출구를 갖는 미드케이스;
상기 미드케이스의 상기 내부 공간에 배치된, 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중공사막 카트리지;
상기 미드케이스의 일단에 결합된 제1캡; 및
상기 미드케이스의 타단에 결합된 제2캡을 포함하는, 연료전지용 가습기. - 전지 스택; 및
상기 전지 스택과 연결된, 제10항에 따른 연료전지용 가습기; 를 포함하는, 연료전지.
