Abstract
이를 위한 본 발명은, 보이차를 물 100 중량부에 대하여 추출, 분리, 감압 농축한 보이차 추출물 10-30 중량부와, 레몬 농축액 0.1-2 중량부, 설탕 0.1-3 중량부, 탄산가스 2-10 중량부, 구연산 0.1-5 중량부, 레몬향 0.1-2 중량부, 레몬 농축액 0.05-3 중량부, 비타민 C 0.5-3 중랴부, 맥아추출분말 0.5-5 중량부, 크랄로스 0.5-5 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)
- 보이차를 물 100 중량부에 대하여 추출, 분리, 감압 농축한 보이차 추출물 10-30 중량부와, 레몬 농축액 0.15-5 중량부, 설탕 0.1-3 중량부, 탄산가스 2-10 중량부, 구연산 0.1-5 중량부, 레몬향 0.1-2 중량부, 비타민 C 0.5-3 중량부, 맥아추출분말 0.5-5 중량부, 수크랄로스 0.5-5 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 보이차 추출물 100 중량부에 대하여 후발효된 녹차 추출물 5-20 중량부, 민들레 추출물 5-20 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 민들레 추출물은 민들레 건조물을 분쇄기로 30분간 분쇄한 후 분쇄된 민들레를 체눈 사이즈 300 ㎛로 걸러내는 단계;
걸려진 민들레 분말을 추출 용매로는 증류수에서 98℃에서 7시간 동안 추출하는 단계;
민들레 추출물을 98℃에서 7시간 동안 1.4 brix로 추출된 추출액을 대상으로 700 mmHg의 압력과 60℃의 온도로 농축하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 보이차가 첨가된 레몬 보이 탄산음료의 제조방법.

상기 보이차가 첨가된 레몬 보이 탄산음료는 PET 또는 캔에 수용되어 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보이차가 첨가된 레몬 보이 탄산음료의 제조방법.
