Abstract
상기 과제를, 광중합성 화합물 및 광중합 개시제를 함유하는 광경화형 잉크젯 인쇄용 잉크 조성물로서, 상기 잉크 조성물 중에, a. 아크릴아미드계 모노머를 5.0~50 질량%, b. 아크릴아미드계 모노머 이외의 단관능 모노머를 15~70 질량%, c. 2관능성 이상의 중합성 화합물을 5.0~30.0 질량%, d. 비닐카프로락탐을 0.1~15 질량 및/또는 분자 내에 2개의 광중합성 관능기와 2개의 아미노기를 갖는 아크릴화 아민 화합물을 0~10 질량%, e. 광중합성 화합물 중 단관능 모노머의 비율이 60~99.5 질량%인 상기 잉크 조성물에 의해 해결한다.
Description
Claims (8)
- 광중합성 화합물 및 광중합 개시제를 함유하는 광경화형 잉크젯 인쇄용 잉크 조성물로서, 광경화형 잉크젯 인쇄용 잉크 조성물 100 질량% 중에,
a. 아크릴아미드계 모노머를 15~50 질량% 포함하고,
b. 아크릴아미드계 모노머 이외의 단관능 모노머를 15~70 질량% 포함하며,
c. 2관능성 이상의 중합성 화합물을 5.0~30.0 질량% 포함하고, 또한 상기 2관능성 이상의 중합성 화합물은, 2개의 광중합성 관능기와 2개의 아미노기를 갖는 아크릴화 아민 화합물 이외의 2관능성 이상의 중합성 화합물을 함유하고,
d. 비닐카프로락탐을 0.1~15 질량% 포함하거나, 비닐카프로락탐을 함유하지 않는 경우에는, 분자 내에 2개의 광중합성 관능기와 2개의 아미노기를 갖는 아크릴화 아민 화합물을 0 초과~10 질량% 포함하며, 여기서,
e. 상기 광중합성 화합물 중 단관능 모노머의 합계 비율이 60~99.5 질량%인, 광경화형 잉크젯 인쇄용 잉크 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴아미드계 모노머가 아래 일반식(I):
CH2=CR4-CON(R5)R6
(식 중, R4는 수소원자 또는 메틸기이다. R5 및 R6는 동일 또는 상이하며, 수소원자 또는 치환 또는 비치환의 탄소수 1~8의 알킬기인데, 모두 수소원자가 되는 경우는 없다. 또는 R5 및 R6는 서로 결합하여 인접하는 질소원자와 함께 고리를 형성하고 있어도 된다.)으로 표시되는 아크릴아미드계 모노머인, 광경화형 잉크젯 인쇄용 잉크 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 아크릴아미드계 모노머가 아크릴로일모르폴린인 광경화형 잉크젯 인쇄용 잉크 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 광중합 개시제가 아실포스핀옥사이드계 광중합 개시제를 함유하고, 상기 아실포스핀옥사이드계 광중합 개시제는 상기 광중합성 화합물 100 질량%에 대해 2~15 질량%인 광경화형 잉크젯 인쇄용 잉크 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 광중합 개시제가 티옥산톤계 광중합 개시제를 함유하고, 상기 티옥산톤계 광중합 개시제는 상기 광중합성 화합물 100 질량%에 대해 5 질량% 이하인 광경화형 잉크젯 인쇄용 잉크 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
착색제를 함유하는 광경화형 잉크젯 인쇄용 잉크 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
25℃에 있어서의 점도가 5.0~30 mPa·s인 광경화형 잉크젯 인쇄용 잉크 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 2개의 광중합성 관능기와 2개의 아미노기를 갖는 아크릴화 아민 화합물 이외의 상기 2관능성 이상의 중합성 화합물은, 디프로필렌글리콜디아크릴레이트, PEG400 디아크릴레이트, 1,6-헥산디올디아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판트리아크릴레이트로부터 선택된 1종 이상인, 광경화형 잉크젯 인쇄용 잉크 조성물.
