Claims (15)
- 손상 표시자(impairment indicator)를 모니터링하기 위한, 프로세서에 의해 수행되는 방법으로서,
제1 시간 윈도우(time window) 동안 작업자와 연관된 복수의 움직임 센서들로 상기 작업자의 움직임에 관련된 제1 신호를 측정하는 단계;
상기 제1 시간 윈도우 동안 손상을 갖지 않는 상기 작업자에 대응하는 상기 제1 시간 윈도우에 대한 제1 수치 디스크립터(numerical descriptor)를 생성하고, 상기 작업자에 대한 참조 데이터로서 상기 제1 신호로부터 유도된 상기 제1 수치 디스크립터를 전자적으로 저장하는 단계;
제2 시간 윈도우 동안 상기 작업자와 연관된 상기 움직임 센서들로 상기 작업자의 움직임에 관련된 제2 신호를 측정하는 단계 ―상기 움직임 센서들은 하우징 내에 하우징되며, 상기 하우징은 상기 작업자에 의해 업무상 착용된 개인 보호 장비(PPE)인 조끼이고, 상기 움직임 센서들은 상기 조끼 내의 서로 이격되어 있는 여러 위치에 매설되어 있으며, 상기 여러 위치는 상기 조끼 내의 다른 구성요소로부터 이격되어 있고, 상기 다른 구성요소는 상기 조끼 내의 주머니 내에 매설된 메모리 및 컴퓨터 프로세서를 포함하며, 상기 움직임 센서들은 상기 조끼의 양면 상의 위치들에 퍼져있음 ―;

상기 손상 표시자는 상기 결정된 차이가 임계치를 초과하는지 여부를 결정하는 것에 의하여 잠재적인 안전 상황을 사전에 식별하고 경감시키며,
상기 움직임 센서들은 3 개의 축을 따라 움직임을 검출하도록 구성되고,
상기 제1 수치 디스크립터 및 상기 제2 수치 디스크립터 중 적어도 하나는 상기 3 개의 축 중 2 개의 조합과 연관된 데이터에 기초하는

상기 프로세서는 상기 작업자에 대응하는 상기 제2 시간 윈도우에 대한 제2 수치 디스크립터를 생성하고,
상기 프로세서는 상기 제1 수치 디스크립터 및 상기 제2 수치 디스크립터 사이의 차이를 결정하며,
상기 프로세서는 상기 결정된 차이에 기초하여, 신체적 손상을 나타내는 손상 표시자를 결정하며,
상기 결정된 차이가 임계치를 초과하는지 여부를 결정하는 것에 의하여, 상기 손상 표시자가 잠재적인 안전 상황을 사전에 식별하고 경감시키며,
