Claims (15)
- 기계적 밀봉 장치(16)를 포함하는 원심 분리기(1)이며, 상기 원심 분리기(1)는:
분리 챔버(4)를 그 자체 내부에 형성하는 회전자(2)를 포함하고, 상기 분리 챔버(4)는 절두원추형 분리 디스크(6)의 스택을 포함하고,
상기 기계적 밀봉 장치(16)는:
제1 밀봉 표면(20)을 포함하는 제1 밀봉 링(18);
제2 밀봉 표면(24)을 포함하는 제2 밀봉 링(22)으로서, 제1 및 제2 밀봉 표면(20, 24)은 기계적 밀봉 장치의 밀봉부(50)를 형성하도록 서로 대면하게 구성되는, 제2 밀봉 링(22)을 포함하고;
제1 밀봉 링(18)은 제1 중심 축(36)을 갖고 제2 밀봉 링(22)은 제2 중심 축(38)을 가지며, 제1 밀봉 링(18)의 제1 중심 축(36)은 제2 밀봉 링(22)의 제2 중심 축(38)과 일치하도록 구성되고;
냉각 유체를 위한 적어도 하나의 채널(26)이 제1 밀봉 링(18)에 배열되고, 적어도 하나의 채널(26)은 유입구(28) 및 유출구(30)를 포함하고;
적어도 하나의 채널(26)의 유출구(30)는 제1 밀봉 링(18)의 제1 밀봉 표면(20)에 배열되고, 적어도 하나의 채널(26)의 유출구(30)는 형성된 밀봉부(50)의 외부 반경(R1)보다 제1 중심 축(36)으로부터 더 큰 반경방향 거리(D)에 배열되고,
규제 부분(40)이 냉각 유체의 유동을 규제하기 위해 적어도 하나의 채널(26)과 관련하여 배열되는,
원심 분리기(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 채널(26)의 유출구(30)는 제1 밀봉 링(18)의 제1 밀봉 표면(20) 및 제2 밀봉 링(22)의 제2 밀봉 표면(24)과 유체 연결하여 배열되는, 원심 분리기(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 밀봉 링(22)의 제2 밀봉 표면(24)의 외부 반경(R2)은 제1 밀봉 링(18)의 제1 밀봉 표면(20)의 외부 반경(R1)보다 크며, 적어도 하나의 채널(26)의 유출구(30)는 제2 밀봉 링(22)의 제2 밀봉 표면(24)을 향해 지향되는, 원심 분리기(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 규제 부분(40)은 적어도 하나의 채널(26)의 유입구(28)를 적어도 부분적으로 덮도록 구성되는, 원심 분리기(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 규제 부분(40)은 제1 밀봉 링(18) 상에 안착되도록 구성되고 적어도 하나의 채널(26)의 유입구(28)를 적어도 부분적으로 덮도록 구성된 와셔 요소(40)인, 원심 분리기(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 채널(26)은 제1 밀봉 링(18) 주위에 고르게 분포되는, 원심 분리기(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 채널(26)의 수는 간격을 갖는 4개 내지 8개이고, 채널(26)은 제1 밀봉 링(18) 주위에 고르게 분포되는, 원심 분리기(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 밀봉 링(22)의 재료는 제1 밀봉 링(18)의 재료보다 단단한, 원심 분리기(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 밀봉 링(22)의 재료는 탄화규소를 포함하고 제1 밀봉 링(18)의 재료는 흑연인, 원심 분리기(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 밀봉 링(22)의 재료는 제1 밀봉 링(18)의 재료의 열전도성보다 큰 열전도성을 갖는, 원심 분리기(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 밀봉 링(18) 내의 적어도 하나의 채널(26)은 제1 중심 축(36)과 평행한 연장부를 갖는, 원심 분리기(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 밀봉 링(18)의 제1 밀봉 표면(20)은 제1 법선(42)을 갖고 제2 밀봉 링(22)의 제2 밀봉 표면(24)은 제2 법선(44)을 가지며, 제1 및 제2 법선(42, 44)의 방향은 제1 밀봉 링(18)의 제1 중심 축(36)의 방향 및 제2 밀봉 링(22)의 제2 중심 축(38)의 방향과 평행한, 원심 분리기(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 밀봉 링(18)은 고정되도록 구성되고, 제2 밀봉 링(22)은 회전 가능하도록 구성되는, 원심 분리기(1).
