Claims (4)
- 구형으로 제조된 흑연화합물;
상기 구형으로 제조된 흑연화합물과 아스팔트를 1:0.5~1의 몰비로 혼합하고 탄화하여 제조한, 아스팔트-흑연의 제1코팅제; 및
상기 구형으로 제조된 흑연화합물과 실리콘을 혼합 및 교반하여 흑연-실리콘 복합체를 제조한 후, 상기 복합체와 수지를 혼합 및 가열하여 제조한 흑연-실리콘-수지의 제2코팅제;를 포함하여,
코어로서 상기 구형으로 제조된 흑연화합물을 포함하고,
코팅층으로서 상기 코어에 제1코팅제가 도포된 제1코팅층 및 상기 제1코팅층 상면에 제2코팅제가 도포된 제2코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연복합체 음극재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 구형으로 제조된 흑연화합물은 흑연질 탄소 100중량부에 대해 비정질탄소를 5 내지 50중량부로 포함하고,
상기 흑연질 탄소는 인조흑연으로, 흑연화된 메조카본 마이크로비드(Graphitized Mesocarbon Microbeads, g-MCMB)이고,
상기 비정질탄소는 페놀 수지, 푸란(furan) 수지, 에폭시수지, 폴리아크릴로니트릴(polyacrylonitrile) 수지, 폴리이미드(polyimide) 수지, 디비닐벤젠 스티렌 공중합체(divinylbenzene styrene copolymer) 및 셀룰로오스로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 수지; 석유계 피치 또는 석탄계 피치; 및 이들의 혼합물 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 전구체로부터 제조된 소프트 카본 또는 하드 카본인 것을 특징으로 하는, 흑연복합체 음극재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 아스팔트는 퀴놀린을 1%미만으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 흑연복합체 음극재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 음극재를 포함하여 제조되는 리튬 이차전지.
