Claims (19)
- e-베이핑 장치용 제어부로서,
상기 e-베이핑 장치의 동작을 감지하고 상기 동작에 기초하여 출력 신호를 출력하도록 구성된 동작 센서; 및
상기 출력 신호의 크기에 기초하여 동작 이벤트를 감지하고, 상기 출력 신호의 크기가 적어도 하나의 임계값과 관련된 만료 시간 내에 상기 적어도 하나의 임계값을 초과하는 횟수에 기초하여, 감지된 동작 이벤트의 횟수를 계수하며, 감지된 동작 이벤트의 계수된 횟수에 기초하여 작동 이벤트를 확인하도록 구성된 제어 회로;를 포함하되,
상기 제어 회로는 확인된 작동 이벤트가 제1 작동 이벤트인 경우 상기 e-베이핑 장치의 전력 소비 요소들의 제1 세트에 공급되는 전력을 제어하도록 추가로 구성되며, 확인된 작동 이벤트가 제2 작동 이벤트인 경우 전력 소비 요소들의 제2 세트에 전력을 공급하도록 구성되는, 제어부. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동작 센서는 가속도계인, 제어부.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 회로는 상기 감지된 동작 이벤트의 계수된 횟수; 및 상기 감지된 동작 이벤트의 계수된 횟수와 관련된 만료 시간, 상기 적어도 하나의 임계값, 상기 출력 신호의 크기, 상기 동작의 방향, 및 시간 스탬프 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 작동 이벤트를 확인하도록 구성된, 제어부.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 회로는 상기 작동 이벤트를 확인하기 위하여 저장 매체에 저장된 표를 참고하도록 구성된, 제어부.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 회로는 확인된 작동 이벤트에 기초하여 전력 소비 요소들 중 원하는 요소들에 전력을 공급하도록 구성된, 제어부.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전력 소비 요소들은 배터리의 수준을 표시하기 위한 배터리 수준 표시기, e-베이퍼 장치를 잠금 및 잠금해제하기 위한 록아웃 회로(lock-out circuit), 및 기화전 제제(pre-vapor formulation)의 양을 표시하기 위한 표시기 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 제어부.
- e-베이핑 장치로서,
기화전 제제를 저장하도록 구성된 저장부;
상기 기화전 제제로부터 증기를 발생시키도록 구성된 기화기;
상기 e-베이핑 장치의 전력 소비 요소들에 전력을 공급하도록 구성된 전력 공급부로서, 상기 전력 소비 요소는 상기 기화기를 포함하는, 전력 공급부;
상기 e-베이핑 장치의 동작을 감지하고 상기 동작에 기초하여 출력 신호를 출력하도록 구성된 동작 센서; 및
상기 출력 신호의 크기에 기초하여 동작 이벤트를 감지하고, 상기 출력 신호의 크기가 적어도 하나의 임계값과 관련된 만료 시간 내에 상기 적어도 하나의 임계값을 초과하는 횟수에 기초하여, 감지된 동작 이벤트의 횟수를 계수하며, 감지된 동작 이벤트의 계수된 횟수에 기초하여 작동 이벤트를 확인하도록 구성된 제어 회로;를 포함하되,
상기 제어 회로는 확인된 작동 이벤트가 제1 작동 이벤트인 경우 전력 소비 요소들의 제1 세트에 공급되는 전력을 제어하도록 추가로 구성되며, 확인된 작동 이벤트가 제2 작동 이벤트인 경우 전력 소비 요소들의 제2 세트에 전력을 공급하도록 구성되는, e-베이핑 장치. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 동작 센서는 가속도계인, e-베이핑 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 기화기는,
상기 저장부와 유체 연통하는 다공성 요소; 및
상기 다공성 요소 내의 기화전 제제를 증발시키도록 구성된 히터를 포함하는, e-베이핑 장치. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제어 회로는 상기 감지된 동작 이벤트의 계수된 횟수; 및 상기 감지된 동작 이벤트의 계수된 횟수와 관련된 만료 시간, 상기 적어도 하나의 임계값, 상기 출력 신호의 크기, 동작의 방향, 및 시간 스탬프 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 작동 이벤트를 확인하도록 구성된, e-베이핑 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제어 회로는 상기 작동 이벤트를 확인하기 위하여 저장 매체에 저장된 표를 참고하도록 구성된, e-베이핑 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제어 회로는 상기 확인된 작동 이벤트에 기초하여 상기 전력 소비 요소들 중 원하는 요소들에 전력을 공급하도록 구성된, e-베이핑 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 전력 소비 요소들은 배터리의 수준을 표시하기 위한 배터리 수준 표시기, e-베이퍼 장치를 잠금 및 잠금해제하기 위한 록아웃 회로, 및 기화전 제제의 양을 표시하기 위한 표시기 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, e-베이핑 장치.
