Claims (39)
- 약물 전달 펌프로서,
환자에 부착가능한 외부 하우징;
상기 외부 하우징 내에 적어도 부분적으로 위치하는 구동 메커니즘(100);
상기 외부 하우징 내에 적어도 부분적으로 위치하는 약물 용기(50)로서, 상기 구동 메커니즘은 상기 약물 용기로부터 약물을 이동시키도록 구성되는, 약물 용기; 및
상기 외부 하우징 내에 적어도 부분적으로 위치하는 삽입 메커니즘(200)
을 포함하고,
상기 삽입 메커니즘은,
삽입 메커니즘 하우징;
상기 삽입 메커니즘 하우징을 회전시키도록 구성되는 회전 편향 부재로서, 상기 회전 편향 부재의 적어도 일 부분은 상기 삽입 메커니즘 하우징의 적어도 일 부분을 둘러싸는, 회전 편향 부재; 및
상기 약물 용기와 연결되거나 상기 약물 용기와 유체 소통되도록 구성되고, 상기 환자로 삽입되도록 구성되는 전달 부재;
을 포함하고,
상기 구동 메커니즘은 상기 삽입 메커니즘과 작동 가능하게 결합되되, 상기 구동 메커니즘의 작동이 상기 회전 편향 부재를 릴리스하여 상기 회전 편향 부재가 상기 삽입 메커니즘 하우징을 회전시킴으로써 상기 전달 부재가 환자 내에 삽입되도록 하는, 약물 전달 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 리테이너의 적어도 일 부분은 상기 제1 위치로부터 제2 위치까지 이동할 때 선형적으로 이동하는 약물 전달 펌프.
- 약물 전달 펌프로서,
환자에 부착가능한 외부 하우징;
상기 외부 하우징 내에 적어도 부분적으로 위치하는 약물 용기(50);
상기 외부 하우징 내에 적어도 부분적으로 위치하는 삽입 메커니즘(200); 및
상기 삽입 메커니즘에 대하여 선택적으로 이동할 수 있는 리테이너

상기 약물 용기와 연결되거나 상기 약물 용기와 유체 소통되도록 구성되고, 상기 환자로 삽입되도록 구성되는 전달 부재;
를 포함하고,
상기 리테이너는, 상기 리테이너가 상기 삽입 메커니즘 하우징과 작동 가능하게 결합되어 상기 삽입 메커니즘 하우징의 회전을 방지하는 제1 위치와, 상기 리테이너가 상기 삽입 메커니즘 하우징으로부터 적어도 일시적으로 결합 해제되어 상기 회전 편향 부재가 상기 삽입 메커니즘 하우징을 회전시킴으로써 상기 전달 부재가 환자 내에 삽입되도록 하는 제2 위치를 가지는 약물 전달 펌프. - 제12항에 있어서, 상기 전달 부재는 상기 삽입 메커니즘 하우징에 작동 가능하게 결합되어, 상기 삽입 메커니즘 하우징의 초기 회전이 상기 전달 부재로 하여금 상기 환자로 삽입되도록 하는 약물 전달 펌프.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 삽입 메커니즘 하우징은 돌출부를 포함하고,
상기 돌출부는 상기 리테이너가 제1 위치에 있을 때 상기 리테이너와 접촉하고, 상기 리테이너가 제2 위치에 있을 때 상기 리테이너와 접촉하지 않는 약물 전달 펌프. - 제14항에서, 상기 돌출부는 상기 삽입 메커니즘 하우징의 원통형 부분으로부터 외향으로 연장되는 약물 전달 펌프.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 리테이너의 적어도 일 부분은 상기 제1 위치로부터 제2 위치까지 이동할 때 선형적으로 이동하는 약물 전달 펌프.

상기 외부 하우징 내에 적어도 부분적으로 위치하는 삽입 메커니즘(200)
을 포함하고,
상기 삽입 메커니즘은,
삽입 메커니즘 하우징;
상기 삽입 메커니즘 하우징을 회전시키도록 구성되는 회전 편향 부재; 및
상기 약물 용기와 연결되거나 상기 약물 용기와 유체 소통되도록 구성되고, 상기 환자로 삽입되도록 구성되는 전달 부재;
을 포함하고,
상기 구동 메커니즘은 상기 삽입 메커니즘과 작동 가능하게 결합되되, 상기 구동 메커니즘의 작동이 상기 회전 편향 부재를 릴리스하여 상기 회전 편향 부재가 상기 삽입 메커니즘 하우징을 회전시키도록 하며,
작동 메커니즘(14), 슬라이드(602), 및 상기 구동 메커니즘(100)과 상기 삽입 메커니즘(200) 사이에 배열된 셀렉터 부재(604)를 추가로 포함하되, 작동 메커니즘이 작동하면 슬라이드(602)가 병진운동하게 되고, 구동 메커니즘(100)은 셀렉터 부재(604)와 슬라이드(602) 사이가 접촉되면 슬라이드(602)의 적어도 한 부분이 이동되어 슬라이드(602)가 스로우 암과 접촉하게 되도록 셀렉터 부재(604)가 위치되게 하며, 상기 스로우 암은 슬라이드(602)와 함께 병진운동하게 하며, 스로우 암의 병진운동은 상기 삽입 메커니즘에 의해 삽입되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물 전달 펌프. - 삭제
