Claims (15)
- 비히클(vehicle), 유리 프릿(glass frit), 착색된 CTE 개질제(modifier), 및 선택적으로 하나 이상의 안료를 포함하는 기판에 부착된 에나멜을 형성하기 위한 유리 프릿 시스템으로서, 상기 착색된 CTE 개질제는:
화학식 Sm1-xSrxMnO3-δ(여기서 x=0.0-0.5 및 δ=0.0-0.25)를 갖는 페로브스카이트(Perovskite) 유형 재료, 또는 Sr이 Ba, Ca 또는 이들 모두로 부분적으로 치환된 페로브스카이트 유형 재료의 변형된 버전;
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 프릿 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 CTE 개질제는 개질된 Pseudo-Brookite 유형 재료를 추가적으로 포함하고;
상기 개질된 Pseudo-Brookite 유형 재료는
Al, Ti 또는 이들 모두가 Fe, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni 및 Cu를 포함하는 하나 이상의 착색 이온으로 부분적으로 치환된 화학식 Al2TiO5를 갖거나,
화학식 Al2-xMxTiO5를 가지며, 여기서 M은 하나 이상의 착색 이온을 포함하고 x는 0.1-2이거나,
화학식 Al2Ti1-xMxO5를 가지며, 여기서 M은 하나 이상의 착색 이온을 포함하고 x는 0.01-0.4인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 프릿 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 CTE 개질제는 개질된 근청석 유형 재료를 추가적으로 포함하고;
상기 개질된 근청석(Cordierite) 유형 재료는
화학식 Mg2Al4Si5O18을 가지며, 여기서 Mg, Al 또는 이들 모두가 하나 이상의 착색 이온으로 부분적으로 치환되거나;
화학식 Mg2-xAl4-yMx+ySi5O18을 가지며, 여기서 M은 하나 이상의 착색 이온이고 x+y는 0.1-3.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 프릿 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 CTE 개질제는 Mg가 Co, Zn 또는 이들 모두의 이온으로 치환된 화학식 Mg2P2O7을 갖는 변성 피로인산마그네슘 유형 물질을 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 프릿 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 프릿 시스템의 총 중량에 대해:
3.5-80 wt%로 포함된 비히클,
유리 프릿이 18.5-95 wt%로 포함되며,
착색된 CTE 개질제는 0.5-50 wt%로 포함되고,
안료는 1-50wt%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 프릿 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제(filler), 환원제(reducing agent), 분산제(dispersant)/계면활성제(surfactant), 레올로지 개질제(rheological modifier), 유동 보조제(flow aid), 및 접착 촉진제(adhesion promoter), 또는 안정화제(stabilizer) 중 하나 이상을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 프릿 시스템.
- 에나멜 기판을 형성하는 방법으로서,
기판을 제공하는 단계;
비히클, 유리 프릿, 착색된 CTE 개질제, 및 안료를 포함하며, 상기 착색된 CTE 개질제는:
화학식 Sm1-xSrxMnO3-δ(여기서 x=0.0-0.5 및 δ=0.0-0.25)를 갖는 페로브스카이트 유형 재료, 또는 Sr이 Ba, Ca 또는 이들 모두로 부분적으로 치환된 페로브스카이트 유형 재료의 변형된 버전인 유리 프릿 시스템을 제공하는 단계;
유리 프릿 시스템을 기판에 적용하는 단계;
유리 프릿 시스템을 소성하여 기판에 부착된 유색 에나멜을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 CTE 개질제는 개질된 Pseudo-Brookite 유형 재료를 추가적으로 포함하고;
상기 개질된 Pseudo-Brookite 유형 재료는
Al, Ti 또는 이들 모두가 Fe, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni 및 Cu를 포함하는 하나 이상의 착색 이온으로 부분적으로 치환된 화학식 Al2TiO5를 갖거나,
화학식 Al2-xMxTiO5를 가지며, 여기서 M은 하나 이상의 착색 이온을 포함하고, x는 0.1-2.0이거나,
화학식 Al2Ti1-xMxO5를 가지며, 여기서 M은 하나 이상의 착색 이온을 포함하고, x는 0.01-0.4인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 CTE 개질제는 개질된 근청석 유형 재료를 추가적으로 포함하고;
상기 개질된 근청석 유형 재료는
화학식 Mg2Al4Si5O18을 가지며, 여기서 Mg, Al 또는 이들 모두가 하나 이상의 착색 이온으로 부분적으로 치환되거나;

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 CTE 개질제는 Mg가 Co, Zn 또는 이들 모두의 이온으로 치환된 화학식 Mg2P2O7을 갖는 변성 피로인산마그네슘 유형 물질을 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 유리 프릿 시스템의 총 중량에 대해:
