Abstract
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량용 램프는, 복수의 램프 모듈을 포함하는 차량용 램프로서, 상기 복수의 램프 모듈 각각은, 광원을 포함하는 광원부; 상기 광원부로부터 발생되는 광의 경로를 조정하는 광로 조정부; 및 상기 광로 조정부로부터 입사되는 광을 출사시켜 제1 빔 패턴이 형성되도록 하는 렌즈부를 포함하며, 상기 렌즈부는, 복수의 입사 렌즈를 포함하는 입사 렌즈부; 복수의 출사 렌즈를 포함하는 출사 렌즈부; 상기 입사 렌즈부 및 상기 출사 렌즈부 사이에 위치하여 상기 복수의 출사 렌즈로 입사되는 광의 일부를 차단하는 쉴드부를 포함할 수 있다.

Claims (18)
- 복수의 램프 모듈을 포함하는 차량용 램프로서,
상기 복수의 램프 모듈 각각은,
광원을 포함하는 광원부;
상기 광원부로부터 발생되는 광의 경로를 조정하는 광로 조정부; 및
상기 광로 조정부로부터 입사되는 광을 출사시켜 제1 빔 패턴이 형성되도록 하는 렌즈부를 포함하며,
상기 렌즈부는,
복수의 입사 렌즈를 포함하는 입사 렌즈부;
복수의 출사 렌즈를 포함하는 출사 렌즈부; 및
상기 입사 렌즈부 및 상기 출사 렌즈부 사이에 위치하여 상기 복수의 출사 렌즈로 입사되는 광의 일부를 차단하는 쉴드부를 포함하고,
상기 복수의 출사 렌즈는,
좌우 방향으로 연장되는 열이 상하 방향으로 배열되도록 배치되며,
상기 출사 렌즈부는,
상하 방향으로 배열되는 복수의 열 중 적어도 하나의 열에 의해 상기 제1 빔 패턴과 서로 다른 제2 빔 패턴이 형성되도록 하고,
상기 제2 빔 패턴이 형성되도록 하는 적어도 하나의 열을 형성하는 출사 렌즈는,
전후 방향으로 연장되는 기준선을 기준으로 상측 및 하측이 비대칭으로 형성되는 차량용 램프. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 광로 조정부는,
상기 광원부로부터 발생되는 광이 상기 광원의 광축에 평행하게 진행하도록 광의 경로를 조정하는 차량용 램프. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 광로 조정부는,
비구면 렌즈, 프레넬 렌즈, TIR(Total Internal Reflector) 렌즈 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 차량용 램프. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 광로 조정부는,
입사면이 평면 형상이고, 출사면이 비구면 형상인 차량용 램프. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 렌즈부는,
입사면에 상기 입사 렌즈부가 형성되는 제1 광학부; 및
상기 제1 광학부의 전방에 위치하고, 출사면에 상기 출사 렌즈부가 형성되는 제2 광학부를 더 포함하는 차량용 램프. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 광학부는,
상기 복수의 램프 모듈 중 일부가 다른 일부와 전후 방향으로 서로 다른 두께를 가지는 차량용 램프. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 램프 모듈 중 일부는 상기 제1 빔 패턴의 고조도 영역을 형성하고, 다른 일부는 상기 제1 빔 패턴의 스프레드 영역을 형성하며,
상기 고조도 영역을 형성하는 램프 모듈은,
상기 스프레드 영역을 형성하는 램프 모듈에 비하여 상기 제1 광학부의 두께가 얇은 차량용 램프. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 고조도 영역을 형성하는 램프 모듈은,
상기 제1 광학부 및 상기 제2 광학부가 동일한 두께를 가지는 차량용 램프. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 스프레드 영역을 형성하는 램프 모듈은,
상기 제1 광학부의 두께가 상기 제2 광학부의 두께보다 큰 차량용 램프. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 고조도 영역을 형성하는 램프 모듈의 복수의 입사 렌즈의 초점 길이는,
상기 스프레드 영역을 형성하는 램프 모듈의 복수의 입사 렌즈의 초점 길이보다 짧은 차량용 램프. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 고조도 영역을 형성하는 램프 모듈의 복수의 입사 렌즈의 곡률은,
상기 스프레드 영역을 형성하는 램프 모듈의 복수의 입사 렌즈의 곡률보다 큰 차량용 램프. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 쉴드부는,
상기 제1 광학부 및 상기 제2 광학부 중 어느 하나의 입사면과 출사면에 각각 형성되는 복수의 제1 쉴드 및 복수의 제2 쉴드를 포함하는 차량용 램프. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 출사 렌즈부는,
하단부에 위치하는 적어도 하나의 열에 의해 상기 제2 빔 패턴이 형성되도록 하는 차량용 램프. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 빔 패턴이 형성되도록 하는 적어도 하나의 열을 형성하는 출사 렌즈로 입사되는 광은,
제1 쉴드 및 상기 제1 쉴드의 전방에 위치되는 제2 쉴드 중 적어도 하나에 의해 일부가 차단되는 차량용 램프. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 빔 패턴이 형성되도록 하는 적어도 하나의 열을 형성하는 출사 렌즈는,
상기 기준선을 기준으로 상측 및 하측이 서로 다른 곡률을 가지는 차량용 램프. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 빔 패턴이 형성되도록 하는 적어도 하나의 열을 형성하는 출사 렌즈는,
상기 기준선을 기준으로 상측 및 하측이 상하 방향으로 서로 다른 길이를 가지는 차량용 램프.
