- 하기 일반식 (1)
(식 중, R1은 수소 원자 또는 메틸기, R2는 tert-부틸기 또는 시클로헥실기이다.)
로 표시되는 (메트)아크릴산에스테르 단량체 단위 (A) 및
하기 일반식 (2)
(식 중, R1은 수소 원자 또는 메틸기, R3은 수소 원자, 또는 비치환 혹은 치환된 탄소수 1 내지 12의 1가 탄화수소기이고, R4는 독립적으로 비치환 또는 치환된 탄소수 1 내지 12의 1가 탄화수소기이고, n은 0≤n≤2를 충족하는 정수이다.)
로 표시되는 (메트)아크릴산에스테르 단량체 단위 (B)를 적어도 포함하고, (메트)아크릴산에스테르 단량체 단위 (A):(메트)아크릴산에스테르 단량체 단위 (B)의 비율이 4:1 내지 100:1(몰비)인 공중합체 (I)을, 용매 (II) 중에 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 수지와 폴리올레핀계 수지의 접착용 프라이머 조성물이며,
상기 실리콘 수지가 실온 축합 경화형 실리콘 고무 조성물 또는 부가 경화형 실리콘 고무 조성물의 경화물이고, 해당 실온 축합 경화형 실리콘 고무 조성물 또는 부가 경화형 실리콘 고무 조성물의 경화물을 폴리올레핀계 수지를 포함하는 기재에 접착시키기 위한 것인, 실리콘 수지와 폴리올레핀계 수지의 접착용 프라이머 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (I) 성분의 함유량이, (II) 성분 100질량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 20질량부인 실리콘 수지와 폴리올레핀계 수지의 접착용 프라이머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (II) 성분이, 방향족 탄화수소계 용매, 알코올계 용매, 케톤계 용매, 에테르계 용매, 에스테르계 용매 및 파라핀계 용매에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인, 실리콘 수지와 폴리올레핀계 수지의 접착용 프라이머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체 (I)의 분자량이 3,000 내지 200,000인, 실리콘 수지와 폴리올레핀계 수지의 접착용 프라이머 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체 (I)이 단량체 단위로서 (메트)아크릴산에스테르 단량체 단위 (A) 및 (메트)아크릴산에스테르 단량체 단위 (B)만을 함유하는 것인 실리콘 수지와 폴리올레핀계 수지의 접착용 프라이머 조성물.
- 폴리올레핀계 수지를 포함하는 기재의 표면에 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 실리콘 수지와 폴리올레핀계 수지의 접착용 프라이머 조성물을 적용해서 해당 프라이머 조성물층을 형성한 후, 해당 프라이머 조성물층의 외표면에, 추가로 실온 축합 경화형 실리콘 고무 조성물 및 부가 경화형 실리콘 고무 조성물에서 선택되는 실리콘 고무 조성물을 적용해서 해당 실리콘 고무 조성물층을 형성하고, 해당 실리콘 고무 조성물층을 경화해서 실리콘 고무 경화물을 포함하는 실리콘 수지층을 형성하는 공정을 갖는 실리콘 수지와 폴리올레핀계 수지의 접착 방법.
