도 3은 추가적인 예시적인 증기 발생 장치의 개략도를 도시한다.
Claims (15)
- 증기 발생 장치를 위한 유도 가열 조립체(10)로서,
유도 가열 장치(16); 및
제1 발열체로서 작용할 수 있는 재료를 갖는 온도 센서(11)를 포함하며,
상기 유도 가열 장치는 사용 시에, 제1 기간 동안 제2 발열체를 가열하도록 배치되고, 상기 온도 센서는 제2 기간 동안 활성화되어, 사용 시에, 상기 제2 기간 동안 상기 제2 발열체로부터 발생되는 열과 관련된 온도를 모니터링하도록 배치되며,
상기 제1 기간 및 상기 제2 기간은 비동시적이고,
상기 제1 기간 및 상기 제2 기간의 하나의 사이클의 길이는 사용자가 상기 유도 가열 조립체를 사용하는 예상 시간보다 짧으며,
상기 유도 가열 조립체는, 사용 시에 상기 유도 가열 장치(16) 및 온도 센서(11)를 제어하도록 배치된 제어기(13)를 포함하고, 상기 제어기(13)는 상기 온도 센서에 의해 모니터링된 상기 온도에서 노이즈 검출을 가능하게 하기 위해, 제3 기간 동안 상기 온도 센서(11)에 의해 모니터링된 온도를 평균하도록 구성되며, 상기 제3 기간은 상기 제1 기간 및 제2 기간과 무관한,
증기 발생 장치를 위한 유도 가열 조립체(10). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 기간은 순차적으로 배치되는, 유도 가열 조립체(10). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 기간은 적어도 한 번 반복되도록 배치되거나/배치되고, 상기 제2 기간은 적어도 한 번 반복되도록 배치되는, 유도 가열 조립체(10). - 제3항에 있어서,
각각의 상기 제1 및 제2 기간은 적어도 한 번 반복되도록 배치되며, 상기 제1 및 제2 기간은 교번하도록 배치되는, 유도 가열 조립체(10). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 또는 제2 기간 중 하나의 시작으로부터 다른 기간의 종료까지의 시간은 0.05초(s) 내지 0.15초로 배치되는, 유도 가열 조립체(10). - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유도 가열 장치(16)는 상기 온도 센서(11)에 의해 모니터링된 상기 온도에 기초하여 상기 제2 발열체에 제공되는 열량을 조정하도록 배치되는, 유도 가열 조립체(10). - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어기(13)는 사용 시에, 상기 온도 센서(11)에 의해 모니터링된 상기 온도에 기초하여 상기 유도 가열 장치(16)를 제어하도록 배치되는, 유도 가열 조립체(10). - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제어기(13)는 사용 시에 상기 유도 가열 장치에 공급되는 전력량을 조정하도록 배치됨으로써 상기 유도 가열 장치(16)를 제어하도록 배치되는, 유도 가열 조립체(10). - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어기(13)는 상기 제3 기간 동안 모니터링된 평균 온도에 기초하여 상기 온도 센서(11)에 의해 모니터링된 상기 온도에서 노이즈를 검출하고, 모니터링된 온도에서 노이즈를 감소시키기 위해, 상기 검출된 노이즈에 기초하여 상기 온도 센서에 의해 모니터링된 온도에 필터를 적용하도록 추가로 구성되는, 유도 가열 조립체(10). - 제1항또는 제2항에 있어서,
사용 시에 상기 유도 가열 장치(16) 및 상기 온도 센서(11)에 전력을 제공하도록 배치된 전원(18)을 더 포함하는, 유도 가열 조립체(10). - 증기 발생 장치(1)로서,
제1항또는 제2항에 따른 유도 가열 조립체(10);
기화성 물질(22) 및 유도 가열 가능 발열체(24)를 포함하는 본체(20)를 수용하도록 배치된 가열 격실(12);
상기 가열 격실에 공기를 제공하도록 배치된 공기 흡입구(14); 및
상기 가열 격실과 연통하는 공기 배출구(32)를 포함하는,
증기 발생 장치(1). - 증기 발생 장치(1)에서 온도를 모니터링하는 방법으로서,
제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 유도 가열 조립체(10)를 사용하여, 기화성 물질(22) 및 유도 가열 가능 발열체(24)를 포함하는 본체(20)를 유도 가열하는 단계;
상기 본체의 온도를 모니터링하는 단계를 포함하며,
가열하는 단계 및 모니터링하는 단계는 비동시적으로 수행되고,
상기 가열 및 상기 모니터링의 하나의 사이클의 길이는 사용자가 상기 유도 가열 조립체를 사용하는 예상 시간보다 짧은,
증기 발생 장치(1)에서 온도를 모니터링하는 방법.
