Abstract

Claims (19)
- 고압, 자유 라디칼 중합으로부터 형성된 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체를 포함하고, 상기 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체는 하기 특성을 갖는 조성물:
a) 혼성중합체의 중량을 기준으로 "0 초과" 중량 퍼센트 내지 10 이하 중량 퍼센트 CO (일산화탄소)의 CO 함량; 및
b) 하기 관계를 충족하는 ℃ 단위로 용융점, Tm:
Tm (℃) ≤ 601.4 * (g/cc 단위로 밀도) - 452.5(℃); 및
여기서 상기 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체는 하기 관계: MS (cN) ≥ 2.0 (wt%CO) + 2.0을 충족하고, MS는 용융 강도이고, (cN)은 용융 강도의 단위이고, (wt%CO)는 혼성중합체의 중량을 기준으로 CO(일산화탄소) 중량 퍼센트이다. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체는 0.1 내지 100 g/10분의 용융 지수(I2)를 갖는, 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체는 Tm (℃) ≥ 601.4 * (g/cc 단위로 밀도) - 460.0(℃)를 갖는, 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체는 105.5℃ 내지 110.5℃의 용융 온도, Tm을 갖는, 조성물.

Tm (℃) ≤ 601.4 * (g/cc 단위로 밀도) - 452.5(℃);
상기 방법은 고압, 자유 라디칼 중합 방법을 사용하여 에틸렌과 CO를 중합하여 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 여기서 상기 중합은 2 이상의 반응 구역을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 고압증기멸균기 반응기 및 2 이상의 반응 구역을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 관형 반응기를 포함하는 반응기 구성에서 일어나고, 그리고
