도 1b는 실시예 및 비교예에 따라 제조된 실리콘 소포제 조성물을 이용해 제조된 소포제의 소포력 실험 결과(열처리 후 냉각)를 나타낸다.

Claims (10)
- 폴리디메틸실록산, 폴리프로필렌글리콜 및 실리카를 75 내지 95 ℃의 온도범위에서 혼합한 다음 40 내지 60℃ 로 냉각시킨 후 폴리메틸페닐실록산을 혼합하는 제1단계;
별도에 용기에서 이온수 및 계면활성제를 혼합하고 30 내지 40℃의 온도 범위로 냉각시키는 제2단계;
제1단계에서 제조된 용액에 제2단계에서 형성된 용액을 혼합한 후 냉각하는 제3단계; 및
제3단계에서 제조된 용액에 이온수를 투입한 후, 점증제 및 산도조절제를 투입 후 혼합하여 실리콘 소포제 조성물을 만드는 제4단계; 를 포함하며,
제1단계에서, 폴리디메틸실록산 35 내지 45 중량부, 폴리프로필렌글리콜 20 내지 30 중량부, 실리카 5 내지 10 중량부 및 폴리메틸페닐실록산 20 내지 30 중량부가 혼합되고,
제2단계에 있어서, 이온수 92 내지 99 중량부 및 계면활성제 1 내지 8 중량부가 혼합되며,
폴리디메틸실록산의 점도는 55,000cst 내지 65,000cst이고, 폴리메틸페닐실록산의 점도는 150cst 내지 200cst 이고,
제1단계는,
폴리디메틸실록산, 폴리프로필렌글리콜 및 실리카를 75 내지 95 ℃의 온도범위에서 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 혼합물을 40 내지 60℃로 냉각시켜 냉각물을 제조하는 단계: 및
상기 냉각물에 폴리메틸페닐실록산을 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 실리콘 소포제 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
제1단계에서, 폴리디메틸실록산, 폴리프로필렌글리콜 및 실리카를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계는 78 내지 80 ℃의 온도범위에서 수행되는 실리콘 소포제 조성물의 제조 방법. - 삭제
