Claims (14)
테레프탈산(TPA로서 지칭됨) 및 이소프탈산(IPA로서 지칭됨)의 몰량 합을 기준으로 50 내지 85 몰%의 TPA 및 15 내지 50 몰%의 IPA; 및
폴리아미드-형성 단량체의 총 몰량을 기준으로 0 내지 10 몰%의 기타 폴리아미드-형성 단량체
로 이루어진 폴리아미드-형성 단량체로부터 유도된 반복단위로 이루어진 폴리아미드 공중합체.
275 내지 335℃의 융점(Tm); 및/또는
30 내지 90 J/g의 용융 엔탈피(ΔHm); 및/또는
110 내지 160℃의 유리 전이 온도(Tg)
를 갖는 반결정질 중합체인 폴리아미드 공중합체로서,
상기 융점 및 용융 엔탈피는 20℃/분의 가열 및 냉각 속도로 ISO-11357-1/3, 2011에 따른 시차 주사 열량분석(DSC) 방법에 의해 측정되고, 상기 유리 전이 온도는 20℃/분의 가열 및 냉각 속도로 ISO-11357-1/2, 2011에 따른 DSC 방법에 의해 측정되는, 폴리아미드 공중합체.
폴리아미드-형성 단량체가 상기 폴리아미드-형성 단량체의 총 몰량을 기준으로 0 내지 5 몰%의 기타 폴리아미드-형성 단량체를 포함하는, 폴리아미드 공중합체.
폴리아미드-형성 단량체가 1,6-헥산다이아민(HMDA) 및 1,2-에틸렌다이아민, 1,3-트라이메틸렌다이아민, 1,4-테트라메틸렌다이아민, 1,5-펜타메틸렌다이아민 또는 이들의 조합(C2-5 다이아민)의 몰량 합을 기준으로 65 내지 85 몰%의 HMDA 및 15 내지 35 몰%의 C2-5 다이아민을 포함하는, 폴리아미드 공중합체.
폴리아미드-형성 단량체가 테레프탈산(TPA) 및 이소프탈산(IPA)의 몰량 합을 기준으로 60 내지 80 몰%의 TPA 및 20 내지 40 몰%의 IPA를 포함하는, 폴리아미드 공중합체.
용융-중합 단계
를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리아미드 공중합체의 제조 방법.
(i) 테레프탈산(TPA) 및 이소프탈산(IPA)의 몰량 합을 기준으로 85 내지 100 몰%의 TPA 및 0 내지 15 몰%의 IPA로부터 유도된 반복단위를 포함하는 반결정질 반방향족 폴리아미드(A)를 제공하는 단계;
(ii) 테레프탈산(TPA) 및 이소프탈산(IPA)의 몰량 합을 기준으로 0 내지 50 몰%의 TPA 및 50 내지 100 몰%의 IPA로부터 유도된 반복단위를 포함하는 비정질 반방향족 폴리아미드(B)를 제공하는 단계; 및
(iii) 상기 A 및 B를 용융-혼합하고, 상기 A 및 B가 반응하여 폴리아미드 공중합체를 형성하기에 충분히 긴 시간 동안 상기 A의 융점(Tm) 초과의 온도(T용융)에서 상기 A 및 B를 용융물 상태로 유지시키는 단계
를 포함하는 제조 방법.
A 및 B를 90:10 내지 15:85, 또는 85:15 내지 25:75, 또는 80:20 내지 40:60의 중량비로 혼합하는 제조 방법.
제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리아미드 공중합체를 포함하는 중합체 조성물
