Claims (5)
- 유동층보일러의 온도를 센싱하는 유동층보일러용 온도센서의 센서봉을 구성하는 보호관으로서, 표면경화처리된 보호관을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
(a) 소정의 소재가 상기 보호관의 형태로 가공되는 단계;
(b) 진공 상태의 용기에 상기 (a) 단계에서 가공된 보호관이 장입되는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 (a) 단계에서 가공된 보호관이 장입된 상태의 상기 용기에 보로나이징 분말이 투입된 상태에서 가열되는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 소재는 인코넬 690(inconel 690)이고, 상기 소재의 용융점은 1,400℃이며,
상기 (c)가 진행됨에 따라, 상기 보호관의 외측면에 침탄된 붕소의 침투 깊이는 30 ㎛이며,
상기 (c) 단계에서 가공된 보호관이 장입된 상태의 상기 용기에 상기 보로나이징 분말이 투입된 상태에서 10시간 동안 가열되는 방법.
