Claims (6)
- 순차로 적층된 제 1 기재층, 홀로그래픽 회절 광학소자층 및 제 2 기재층을 포함하는 적층체의 제조방법에 있어서,
굴절률 보정액에 침지된 감광재료와 굴절률 보정액의 계면에 제 1 광선 및 제 2 광선을 입사시켜 감광재료에 홀로그램을 기록하여 홀로그래픽 회절 광학소자를 제조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 홀로그래픽 회절 광학소자층은, 공기와 제 1 기재층의 계면에 각도 A로 입사하는 제 1 광로로 진행하는 광의 일부를 공기와 제 1 기재층의 계면에 각도 B로 입사하는 제 2 광로로 진행하도록 회절시키며,
적층체는 하기 일반식 2 내지 일반식 4를 만족하는 적층체의 제조방법:

일반식 2 내지 4에서, n1은 제 1 기재층의 굴절률이고, nair는 25°C 및 1기압에서의 공기의 굴절률이고, nhoe는 홀로그래픽 광학소자층의 굴절률이며, n2는 제 2 기재층의 굴절률이고, no는 높낮이 패턴을 갖는 물체 중 제 1 기재층과 직접 접촉하는 부분의 굴절률이다. - 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1 광선 및 제 2 광선 중 하나 이상은 하기 일반식 1을 만족하는 적층체의 제조방법:

상기 일반식 1에서, θpp는 입사 평면 상에서 광선이 감광재료 내에서 진행하는 각도이며, nair는 공기의 굴절률이고, npp는 감광재료의 굴절률이다. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 광로는 공기와 제 1 기재층의 계면에서 전반사하고, 제 1 기재층과 홀로그래픽 회절 광학 소자층의 계면에서 전반사하지 않으며, 홀로그래픽 회절 광학소자층과 제 2 기재층의 계면에서 전반사하는 광로이고,
상기 제 2 광로는 공기와 제 1 기재층의 계면에서 전반사하며, 높낮이 패턴을 갖는 물체 중 제 1 기재층과 직접 접촉하는 부분과 제 1 기재층의 계면에서 전반사하지 않고, 제 1 기재층과 홀로그래픽 회절광학소자층의 계면에서 전반사하지 않으며, 홀로그래픽 회절 광학소자층과 제 2 기재층의 계면에서 전반사하지 않는 광로이고,
상기 각도 A 는 하기 일반식 5 내지 7을 만족하고, 상기 각도 B는 하기 일반식 8 내지 10을 만족하는 적층체의 제조방법:

A < sin-1(nhoe/n1) × 180°/π

상기 일반식 5 내지 10에서, n1은 제 1 기재층의 굴절률이고, n2는 제 2 기재층의 굴절률이며, nhoe는 홀로그래픽 회절 광학소자층의 굴절률이고, nair는 공기의 굴절률이며, no는 높낮이 패턴을 갖는 물체 중 제 1 기재층과 직접 접촉하는 부분의 굴절률이다. - 제 4항에 있어서, 굴절률 보정액의 굴절률은 하기 일반식 11 및 12을 만족하는 적층체의 제조방법:

상기 일반식 11 및 12에서, nl은 굴절률 보정액의 굴절률이고, npp는 감광재료의 굴절률이다. - 제 1항에 있어서, 홀로그래픽 회절 광학소자 및 복제용 감광재료가 순차적으로 적층된 적층체에 복제광을 조사하여 홀로그래픽 회절 광학소자에 기록된 홀로그램을 복제용 감광재료에 복제하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 적층체의 제조방법.
