Claims (12)
- 제1 측면 방향으로 형성된 제1 전극 리드부와, 상기 제1 측면과 마주보는 제2 측면 방향으로 형성된 제2 전극 리드부를 포함하는 전극 조립체;
상부면이 개방된 구조이며, 내부에 상기 전극 조립체를 수납하는 하부 케이스; 및
상기 하부 케이스의 개방된 상부면을 덮는 상부 케이스를 포함하며,
상기 상부 케이스는,
상기 하부 케이스의 상부면과 대응되는 탑 면에서 절곡되어 상기 제1 측면 방향으로 하방 연장된 제1 단자부; 및
상기 탑 면에서 절곡되어 상기 제2 측면 방향으로 하방 연장된 제2 단자부;
를 포함하고,
상기 제1 전극 리드부는 상기 제1 단자부와 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 제2 전극 리드부는 제2 단자부와 전기적으로 연결되며,
상기 상부 케이스는,
상기 하부 케이스의 개방된 상부면을 덮는 상기 탑 면; 및
상기 탑 면에서 절곡되어 하방 연장된 4개의 스커트들을 포함하는, 각형 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상부 케이스의 탑 면에 형성된 가스 벤팅부를 포함하는 각형 이차전지. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 4개의 스커트들 중에서,
상기 제1 및 제2 단자부가 형성된 측면 스커트들은 다른 2개의 전면 및 후면 스커트보다 하방으로 더 연장된 각형 이차전지. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 전극 조립체의 제1 및 제2 전극 리드부는,
상기 전극 조립체의 중앙 높이를 기준으로 상부에 위치하는 각형 이차전지. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 단자부는,
상기 측면 스커트의 안쪽에 배치되는 제1 및 제2 내부단자와, 상기 제1 및 제2 내부단자에 대해 각각 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 상부 케이스의 바깥으로 노출되는 제1 및 제2 외부단자를 포함하는 각형 이차전지. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 전극 조립체의 제1 및 제2 전극 리드부는,
상기 제1 및 제2 내부단자에 대해 각각 직접 접합되어 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 이차전지. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 외부단자는 각각 상기 측면 스커트 상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 이차전지. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 외부단자는 각각 상기 상부 케이스의 탑 면 상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상부 케이스의 4개의 스커트들은, 상기 하부 케이스의 상부면에 대해 용접으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상부 케이스는,
상기 전극 조립체의 제1 및 제2 전극 리드부가 상기 제1 및 제2 단자부에 접합되어 일체를 이루는 상태에서 상기 하부 케이스에 삽입 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 이차전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 조립체는 적층형 전극 조립체이거나, 또는 권취형 전극 조립체인 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 이차전지.
