Claims (5)
- 핸드피스;
상기 핸드피스의 일단에 착탈 가능하게 결합되며 체내 병변부위로 삽입되는 카테터; 및
상기 핸드피스에 결합된 카테터로 고주파 교류를 가하여 카테터 주변으로 고주파 영역이 활성화되도록 하는 고주파발생기;를 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 핸드피스는,
본체; 및
상기 본체에 내장되어 샤프트의 타단을 착탈 가능하게 지지하는 유지부;를 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 카테터는,
전도성 재질의 관 형태로 이루어지며 외주면에 형성된 절연체에 의해 일단과 타단에 통전구간을 형성하되, 일단에 형성된 통전구간은 제1 패시브 전극으로 이루어지며, 외주면에 도입구가 관통 형성되는 샤프트;
상기 제1 패시브 전극 주변으로 결합되는 제1 액티브 전극; 및
상기 샤프트의 외측으로 결합되되 상기 도입구를 통해 샤프트의 내부를 가로질러 제1 액티브 전극까지 연장 형성되는 유체이동부;를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 샤프트의 타단에 형성된 통전구간은 제2 액티브 전극과 제2 패시브 전극으로 이루어지며 상기 제1 액티브 전극은 상기 샤프트 내부에 배선된 도선을 통해 제2 액티브 전극과 전기적으로 연결되며,
상기 유체이동부는,
상기 샤프트의 외측으로 결합되며 상기 도입구와 연통되는 분기구가 형성되는 홀더; 및
상기 분기구를 통해 샤프트의 내부로 삽입되어 제1 액티브 전극에 접속되는 유체이동관;을 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 핸드피스가,
분기구를 회피하도록 회피구가 절개 형성되며 본체의 개방된 일단에 결합되어 홀더를 외측에서 감싸는 커버를 더 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 고주파발생기의 전선 말단에는 상기 샤프트와 전기적으로 접촉하도록 액티브 단자와 패시브 단자가 마련되고
상기 본체는, 샤프트를 수용하는 축수용공간의 경로 상에 탄성변형 가능한 실리콘 재질의 링 형태로서 중심 방향으로 복수의 탄성돌기가 돌출되는 형태로 이루어진 밀폐부재를 더 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 본체의 외측에 핸드피스 주변으로 늘어진 유체이동관을 양측에서 파지 고정하기 위한 고정대가 형성되며,
상기 유지부는
유지부가 설치되는 유지설치공간 상에 고정 설치되는 커넥터,
일단은 상기 커넥터에 결합되며 타단은 자유단 형태로 이루어져 상기 제2 액티브 전극에 접촉 지지되어 제1 액티브 전극과 접점을 형성하는 액티브 전극편 및
일단은 상기 커넥터에 결합되며 타단은 자유단 형태로 이루어져 상기 제2 패시브 전극에 접촉 지지되어 제1 패시브 전극과 접점을 형성하는 패시브 전극편을 포함하여 구성되며,
액티브 전극편과 패시브 전극편 각각의 타단에는 전도성 금속재질로 이루어진 유지볼이 형성되고, 제2 액티브 전극과 제2 패시브 전극에는 상기 유지볼이 걸림 지지되는 유지홈이 유지볼과 상보적인 구 형태로 함몰 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 착탈식 바이폴라 전극. - 삭제
