도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 항노화 및 미백 활성을 지닌 발효 복합 추출물 제조방법으로 제조된 조성물의 농도에 따른 프리라디칼 소거율 기반의 항산화 활성을 나타낸 그래프,
도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 항노화 및 미백 활성을 지닌 발효 복합 추출물 제조방법으로 제조된 조성물의 농도에 따른 티로시나아제(tyrosinase) 저해활성 기반의 항산화 활성을 나타낸 그래프,
도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 항노화 및 미백 활성을 지닌 발효 복합 추출물 제조방법으로 제조된 조성물의 농도에 따른 세포독성을 나타낸 그래프, 및
도 5는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 항노화 및 미백 활성을 지닌 발효 복합 추출물 제조방법으로 제조된 조성물의 농도에 따른 멜라닌 함량을 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (3)
- 해삼, 미역, 다시마, 및 감태를 혼합하여 분쇄기에 투입하고, 분쇄하는 혼합분쇄단계;
혼합분쇄단계로 분쇄된 해삼, 미역, 다시마, 및 감태를 추출포에 넣어 추출하는 추출단계;
추출단계의 추출액을 여과하여 불순물을 제거하고, 농축하는 농축단계;
농축단계에서 농축된 농축액에 락토바실러스 플랜타럼 균주를 접종하여 배양하는 배양단계;
배양단계를 수행한 배양액에 이산화규소, 활성탄, 산성백토를 포함하는 여과조제를 혼합하여 지방질이나 중금속의 흡착을 수행하는 여과조제혼합단계;
여과조제혼합단계를 수행한 배양액에 여과를 진행하여 순수 추출물을 수득하는 여과단계;
여과단계를 수행한 순수 추출물을 가열하여 세균활성 및 추가 발효를 억제시키는 살균단계; 및
살균단계를 수행한 순수 추출물에 1,2-헥산다이올, 부틸렌글라이콜을 포함하는 보존제를 첨가하는 제형화단계
를 포함하고,
추출단계는
혼합분쇄단계로 분쇄된 해삼, 미역, 다시마, 및 감태를 추출포에 넣고, 추출기로 이송하여 정제수와 구연산을 투입하여, pH2 이상 pH4 이하로 조절하고, 60℃ 이상 80℃ 이하의 온도에서 1시간 이상 2시간 이하 동안 추출하고,
추출단계에서 투입하는 해삼, 미역, 다시마, 및 감태의 중량은 정제수 중량 대비 1% 이상 5% 이하로 투입하며,
을 포함하며,
배양단계는
농축단계에서 농축된 농축액을 배양 배지 조성물 중량 대비 5% 이상 10% 이하의 중량으로 투입하고,
배양 배지 조성물에 중탄산나트륨을 첨가하여 pH 6 이상 pH 7 이하로 조정하고, 온도가 30℃ 이상 36℃ 이하에 도달하면, 락토바실러스 플랜타럼 균주를 접종하여 배양하는 것
을 포함하고,
배양단계는
락토바실러스 플랜타럼 배양 배지 조성을 프로테오스 펩톤(ProteosePeptone), 육류추출물(Meat Extract), 효모추출물(Yeast Extract), 글루코스(Glucose), 트윈 80(Tween 80)을 포함하는 계면활성제, 구연산삼나트륨(Triammonium Citrate), 아세트산나트륨(Sodium Acetate), 황산마그네슘(Magnesium Sulfate), 황산망간(Manganese Sulfate), 인산이포타슘(Dipotassium Phosphate), 및 정제수를 포함하는 것
을 포함하고,
여과조제혼합단계는
배양단계를 수행한 배양액 중량 대비 1 중량%의 여과조제를 혼합하여 20분간 반응시키는 것
을 포함하며,
여과단계는
여과조제혼합단계를 수행한 배양액을 필터프레스를 이용하여 600mmHg 이상 700mmHg 이하의 압력조건에서 감압여과를 진행하는 것
을 포함하는 항노화 및 미백 활성을 지닌 발효 복합 추출물 제조방법.
