Claims (8)
- a) 폴리에틸렌 수지, 트리아진계 난연제, 논할로겐 인계 난연제, 무기계 난연제 및 술포네이트계 난연제를 포함하는 난연성 조성물을 준비하는 단계;
b) 상기 난연성 조성물에 발포제를 첨가한 후, 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;
c) 상기 혼합물을 압출시킨 후, 발포하여 발포체를 형성하는 단계;
d) 상기 발포체를 성형 및 가공하여, 가공물을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 난연성 조성물은,
상기 폴리에틸렌 수지 100 중량부, 상기 트리아진계 난연제 10 내지 40 중량부, 상기 논할로겐 인계 난연제 1 내지 20 중량부, 상기 무기계 난연제 1 내지 10 중량부 및 상기 술포네이트계 난연제 1 내지 15 중량부로 구성되고,
상기 트리아진계 난연제는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물을 사용하고,
상기 무기계 난연제는 수산화알루미늄(Al(OH)3) 20~35중량%, 수산화마그네슘(Mg(OH)2) 20~35중량%, 팽창흑연 10~20중량%, 탈크 1~20중량%, 징크보레이트(Zinc Borate) 1~10중량%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아진계 난연제를 이용한 난연성 발포 단열재 제조방법

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 인계 난연제는 비스페놀 A 비스(디페닐 포스페이트)(bisphenol A bis(diphenylphosphate), BDP), 펜타에리스리톨 스피로포스페이트(Pentaerythritol spirophospate)와 헥사페녹시 트리싸이클로 포스파젠(hexaphenoxytricyclophosphazene)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아진계 난연제를 이용한 난연성 발포 단열재 제조방법 - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 단계 b)의 발포제는 물, 탄산암모늄, 중탄산암모늄, 아조디카본아미드(Azodicarbonamide) 중 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 발포 단열재 제조방법 - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 단계 b)와 상기 단계 c) 사이에는, 상기 혼합물에 4,000~10,000cs의 점도를 갖는 안정제를 투입한 후, 혼합하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아진계 난연제를 이용한 난연성 발포 단열재 제조방법 - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 안정제는 실리콘 오일, 나프텐 오일, 파라핀유 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아진계 난연제를 이용한 난연성 발포 단열재 제조방법 - 제 1 항, 제 4 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아진계 난연제를 이용한 난연성 발포 단열재
