Claims (36)
- 유체의 흐름을 전달하기 위해 혈관 내에서 의료 시술을 수행하기 위한 장치로서, 상기 장치는,
관류 풍선이 팽창된 상태에 있는 동안 혈관 내 유체 흐름을 허용하기 위한 통로를 포함하는 팽창성 관류 풍선;
유체 흐름을 제어하기 위한 팽창성 판막; 및
관류 풍선을 지지하기 위한 카테터 샤프트를 포함하고, 카테터 샤프트는 팽창성 판막을 지지하기 위한 지지부를 수용하기 위한 적어도 하나의 루멘을 포함하고, 팽창성 판막은 팽창될 때 유체 흐름을 차단하는 제 1 위치와 유체 흐름을 허용하는 제 2 위치 사이에서 지지부에 대한 통로의 방향을 따라 앞으로 및 뒤로 이동할 수 있는, 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
팽창성 판막은 관류 풍선의 내부 통로와 연계된 풍선을 포함하는, 장치.
