Claims (12)
- 복수의 화소들을 포함하고,
각각의 화소는,
제1 노드의 전압에 대응하여 제2 노드를 경유하여 접속된 제1 전원 전압 라인으로부터 유기 발광 다이오드로 공급되는 전류량을 제어하기 위한 제1 트랜지스터;
데이터 라인과 상기 제2 노드 사이에 접속되며, 제1 게이트 전극이 제1 주사 라인과 접속된 제2 트랜지스터;
상기 제1 전원 전압 라인과 상기 유기 발광 다이오드 사이의 전류 경로에 위치된 적어도 하나의 발광 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극에 접속되는 발광 라인; 및
상기 제2 트랜지스터의 적어도 하나의 제2 게이트 전극 중 하나와 상기 발광 라인 사이에 접속된 제7 트랜지스터를 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제7 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극과 일전극은, 상기 적어도 하나의 제2 게이트 전극 중 하나와 접속되고,
상기 제7 트랜지스터의 타전극은 상기 발광 라인과 접속되는, 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 제2 게이트 전극 중 하나는, 상기 발광 라인의 발광 신호가 하이 레벨일 경우 상기 하이 레벨인 상기 발광 신호가 인가되고, 상기 발광 신호가 로우 레벨이 경우 플로팅(floating)되는, 표시 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 제2 게이트 전극 중 하나는, 상기 유기 발광 다이오드의 발광 불허 기간에 상기 하이 레벨인 상기 발광 신호가 인가되는, 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 제2 게이트 전극 중 하나는 절연층을 사이에 두고 전기적으로 연결된 이중층 중의 어느 한 층으로 이루어진, 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 제2 게이트 전극 중 다른 하나는 상기 제1 전원 전압 라인과 접속되는, 표시 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 제2 게이트 전극 중 다른 하나는 영상 프레임 동안 지속적으로 고전위 전압이 인가되는, 표시 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 제2 게이트 전극 중 다른 하나는 절연층을 사이에 두고 전기적으로 연결된 이중층으로 이루어진, 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 각각의 화소는,
상기 제1 노드와 제3 노드 사이에 접속되고, 게이트 전극이 제1 주사 라인에 접속되는 제3 트랜지스터; 및
상기 제1 노드와 초기와 전원 사이에 접속되고, 게이트 전극이 제2 주사 라인에 접속된 제4 트랜지스터를 더 포함하고,
상기 적어도 하나의 발광 트랜지스터는,
상기 제1 전원 전압 라인과 상기 제2 노드에 접속되고, 게이트 전극이 상기 발광 라인에 접속된 제5 트랜지스터; 및
상기 제3 노드와 상기 유기 발광 다이오드 사이에 접속되고, 게이트 전극이 상기 발광 라인에 접속된 제6 트랜지스터를 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 각각의 화소는,
상기 제1 전원 전압 라인과 상기 제1 노드 사이에 접속되는 스토리지 커패시터를 더 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 트랜지스터의 액티브층은 도핑된 채널 영역을 포함하는, 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 제2 게이트 전극은 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 액티브층과 중첩되는, 표시 장치.
