상기 관형 자켓에 대하여 상기 중첩 영역의 포지셔닝(positioning)을 모니터하고; 및
상기 세장형 부재를 움직여서 상기 바늘을 제1 구성과 제2 구성 간에 구동시키도록 구성되고, 상기 제1 구성에서 상기 바늘의 원위 단부는 상기 관형 자켓의 내부 채널 안에 위치되며, 상기 제2 구성에서 상기 바늘의 원위 단부는 상기 관형 자켓의 원위 단부를 넘어 연장되고,
상기 제2 구성에서 상기 중첩 영역의 적어도 일 부분은 상기 모니터된 포지셔닝에 기초하여 상기 내부 채널 내에 유지되는,
