Claims (27)
- 에어로졸 송달 장치로서,
에어로졸 전구체 조성물로 적어도 일부가 충전된 저장조;
상기 저장조와 유체 연통하는 전구체 노즐 및 전구체 입구를 포함하고, 상기 저장조로부터 에어로졸 전구체 조성물을 분배하도록 구성되는 버블젯 헤드;
에어로졸 출구를 포함하고, 상기 버블젯 헤드에 의해 분배된 에어로졸 전구체 조성물을 가열하여 에어로졸을 생성하도록 구성된 분무기; 및
상기 에어로졸 송달 장치 내에 배치되고, 상기 전구체 입구, 상기 전구체 노즐 및 상기 에어로졸 출구를 한정하는 하우징을 포함하고,
상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물은 상기 분무기 및/또는 버블젯 헤드로 이동하는 것이 초기에 방지되고, 상기 에어로졸 송달 장치로의 입력(input)에 응답하여, 상기 에어로졸 송달 장치는 상기 분무기 및/또는 버블젯 헤드를 향한 상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물의 이동을 허용하도록 구성되며,
상기 저장조 내부의 압력은 부압이고, 상기 부압은 상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물의 상기 저장조 밖으로의 수동적(passive) 이동에 저항하도록 작동하는
에어로졸 송달 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물이 상기 분무기로 이동하는 것이 초기에 방지되도록 상기 전구체 노즐은 상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물의 상기 전구체 노즐을 통한 이동에 저항하기 위해 크기설정되는
에어로졸 송달 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,

상기 버블젯 헤드와 상기 분무기는 상기 저장조와 마우쓰피스 사이에 배치되는
에어로졸 송달 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 저장조는 마우쓰피스와 상기 분무기 및 상기 버블젯 헤드 사이에 배치되는
에어로졸 송달 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 버블젯 헤드는 방출 가열 요소를 포함하고, 상기 분무기는 기화 가열 요소를 포함하는
에어로졸 송달 장치. - 제 19 항에 있어서,
상기 방출 가열 요소의 열 질량이 상기 기화 가열 요소의 열 질량보다 작은

에어로졸 전구체 조성물로 적어도 일부가 충전된 저장조와, 상기 저장조와 유체 연통하는 전구체 노즐 및 전구체 입구를 포함하는 버블젯 헤드와, 에어로졸 출구를 포함하는 분무기와, 에어로졸 송달 장치 내에 배치되고 상기 전구체 입구, 상기 전구체 노즐 및 상기 에어로졸 출구를 한정하는 하우징을 포함하는 상기 에어로졸 송달 장치를 제공하는 단계;
상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물을 상기 저장조로부터 버블젯 헤드를 거쳐서 분배하는 단계; 및
에어로졸을 생성하도록 상기 버블젯 헤드에 의해 상기 저장조로부터 분배된 에어로졸 전구체 조성물을 분무기로 가열하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물은 상기 에어로졸 송달 장치로의 입력에 응답하여 상기 분무기 및 상기 버블젯 헤드 중 적어도 하나로 이동하는 것이 초기에 방지되고, 상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물은 상기 분무기 및/또는 버블젯 헤드를 향해 이동하도록 허용되며, 상기 저장조 내부의 압력은 부압이고, 상기 부압은 상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물의 상기 저장조 밖으로의 수동적 이동에 저항하도록 작동하는
에어로졸화 방법. - 제 25 항에 있어서,
상기 입력에 응답하여, 상기 에어로졸 전구체 조성물이 상기 버블젯 헤드로부터 상기 분무기를 향해 방출되는
