Abstract
본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 상기 금속담지복합체의 다양한 크기의 기공을 통한 흡착과 금속 촉매와 유해 기체 및 세균 사이의 산화환원반응으로 인해 화학적인 분해가 발생하기 때문에, 물리적 흡착능 뿐만 아니라 금속 촉매와 유해 물질 사이의 화학적 분해로 인한 항균 및 탈취능을 동시에 보유할 수 있다.

Claims (13)
- 제1 다공성 담체와 제1 금속 촉매를 복합화하여 제1 복합입자를 제조하는 단계;
제2 다공성 담체와 제2 금속 촉매를 복합화하여 제2 복합입자를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 제1 복합입자 및 제2 복합입자를 혼합하여 항균 및 탈취용 금속담지복합체를 얻는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 제1 또는 제2 복합입자는, 상기 제1 또는 제2 다공성 담체 및 상기 제1 또는 제2 금속 촉매를 플라즈마 장비에 공급하고 상기 플라즈마 장비의 온도를 승온시켜 제조하는 것이고,
상기 제1 복합입자 및 제2 복합입자의 혼합 중량비는 1:4 내지 4:1이고,
상기 제1 또는 제2 다공성 담체는, 각각 독립적으로 활성탄 또는 그래핀을 포함하고,
상기 제1 금속 촉매는 철(Fe)이고,
상기 제2 금속 촉매는 구리(Cu)이고,
상기 제1 다공성 담체 및 제1 금속 촉매 전체 중량 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 제1 금속 촉매는 2 내지 7 중량부로 투입되는 것이며,
상기 제2 다공성 담체 및 제2 금속 촉매 전체 중량 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 제2 금속 촉매는 0.1 내지 1 중량부로 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고양이 모래용 항균 및 탈취용 금속담지복합체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 또는 제2 복합입자는,
상기 플라즈마 장비 내에서 상기 제1 또는 제2 금속 촉매가 기화하여 상기 제1 또는 제2 다공성 담체와 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고양이 모래용 항균 및 탈취용 금속담지복합체의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 플라즈마 장비는 RF(Radio Frequency) 플라즈마를 이용하는 장비이고,
상기 제1 또는 제2 복합입자를 제조하는 단계;는 10,000K 이상의 온도에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고양이 모래용 항균 및 탈취용 금속담지복합체의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 제1 복합입자는 탈취용 금속담지복합체이고,
상기 제1 복합입자는 트리메틸아민, 암모니아, 황화수소 및 메틸머캅탄으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 기체에 대해 탈취 성능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고양이 모래용 항균 및 탈취용 금속담지복합체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 복합입자는 항균용 금속담지복합체이고,
상기 제2 복합입자는 리스테리아 모노사이토제네스(Listeria monocytogenes), 대장균(Escherichia coli), 바실러스 세레우스(Bacillus cereus), 살모넬라 타이피뮤리움(Salmonella typhimurium), 황색포도상구균(Staphylococcus aureus)및 폐렴간균(Klebsiella pneumoniae)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상에 대해 항균 성능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고양이 모래용 항균 및 탈취용 금속담지복합체의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 또는 제2 금속 촉매의 입자 크기는 2 내지 300nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 고양이 모래용 항균 및 탈취용 금속담지복합체의 제조방법. - 삭제
