Claims (35)
- 퇴비화 가능한(compostable) 조성물을 포함하는 생분해성 중합체 층, 및
섬유질 층(fibrous layer)
을 포함하는, 퇴비화 가능한 물품으로서,
상기 퇴비화 가능한 조성물이
폴리(에틸렌 석시네이트), 폴리(트라이메틸렌 석시네이트), 폴리(부틸렌 석시네이트), 폴리(부틸렌 석시네이트 코-부틸렌 아디페이트), 폴리(부틸렌 아디페이트 코-테레프탈레이트), 폴리(테트라메틸렌 아디페이트-코-테레프탈레이트), 및 열가소성 전분으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제1 생분해성(biodegradable) 중합체; 및
소수성 제제
를 포함하고,
상기 생분해성 중합체 층은 미세구조체(microstructures)를 포함하고,
상기 섬유질 층은 상기 미세구조체와 맞물려서 부착 시스템(attachment system)을 형성하는,
퇴비화 가능한 물품. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 퇴비화 가능한 조성물이, 상기 제1 생분해성 중합체와는 상이한 제2 생분해성 중합체를 추가로 포함하는, 퇴비화 가능한 물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 생분해성 중합체는 폴리락타이드, 폴리글리콜라이드, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리락타이드와 폴리글리콜라이드와 폴리카프로락톤 중 둘 이상의 공중합체, 제인(zein), 셀룰로오스 에스테르, 폴리하이드록시알카노에이트, 폴리하이드록시발레레이트, 폴리하이드록시헥사노에이트, 폴리(에틸렌 석시네이트), 폴리(트라이메틸렌 석시네이트), 폴리(부틸렌 석시네이트), 폴리(부틸렌 석시네이트 코-부틸렌 아디페이트), 폴리(부틸렌 아디페이트 코-테레프탈레이트), 폴리(테트라메틸렌 아디페이트-코-테레프탈레이트), 열가소성 전분, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 퇴비화 가능한 물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 퇴비화 가능한 조성물 중 상기 제1 생분해성 중합체 대 상기 제2 생분해성 중합체의 중량 퍼센트의 비는 0.5:1 내지 1.5:1, 선택적으로 0.75:1 내지 1.25:1, 또는 선택적으로 1:1 인, 퇴비화 가능한 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 제제는 에틸렌 비스(스테아르아미드), 수소화 피마자유, 피마자유, 팔미트산, 리놀레산, 아라키드산, 팔미톨레산, 부티르산, 스테아르산, 트라이글리세라이드, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 퇴비화 가능한 물품.
- 패키징 물품으로서,
제1 내부 표면 및 상기 제1 내부 표면 반대편의 제1 외부 표면을 갖는 제1 벽;
제2 내부 표면 및 상기 제2 내부 표면 반대편의 제2 외부 표면을 갖는 제2 벽으로서, 이때 상기 제1 내부 표면 및 상기 제2 내부 표면은 상기 패키징 물품의 내부를 한정하고 상기 제1 외부 표면 및 상기 제2 외부 표면은 상기 패키징 물품의 외부를 한정하는, 제2 벽; 및
상기 제1 벽이 상기 제2 벽에 부착되는 하나 이상의 에지
를 포함하고, 이때 상기 제1 벽 또는 상기 제2 벽은
폴리(에틸렌 석시네이트), 폴리(트라이메틸렌 석시네이트), 폴리(부틸렌 석시네이트), 폴리(부틸렌 석시네이트 코-부틸렌 아디페이트), 폴리(부틸렌 아디페이트 코-테레프탈레이트), 폴리(테트라메틸렌 아디페이트-코-테레프탈레이트), 및 열가소성 전분으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제1 생분해성 중합체,
소수성 제제, 및
선택적으로, 폴리락타이드, 폴리글리콜라이드, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리락타이드와 폴리글리콜라이드와 폴리카프로락톤 중 둘 이상의 공중합체, 제인, 셀룰로오스 에스테르, 폴리하이드록시알카노에이트, 폴리하이드록시발레레이트, 폴리하이드록시헥사노에이트, 폴리(에틸렌 석시네이트), 폴리(트라이메틸렌 석시네이트), 폴리(부틸렌 석시네이트), 폴리(부틸렌 석시네이트 코-부틸렌 아디페이트), 폴리(부틸렌 아디페이트 코-테레프탈레이트), 폴리(테트라메틸렌 아디페이트-코-테레프탈레이트), 열가소성 전분, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제2 생분해성 중합체
를 포함하는 퇴비화 가능한 조성물을 포함하고,
적어도 접착부가 상기 제2 외부 표면 상에 그리고 상기 제2 외부 표면 상의 임의의 코팅 위에 배치되고,
상기 접착부 또는 접착부들은 퇴비화 가능한 접착제로 이루어지는,
패키징 물품. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 퇴비화 가능한 조성물은 퇴비화 가능한 열밀봉성(heat-sealable) 코팅인, 패키징 물품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 퇴비화 가능한 열밀봉성 코팅은 폴리부틸렌 석시네이트, 폴리(부틸렌 석시네이트 아디페이트), 폴리(에틸렌 석시네이트), 폴리(테트라메틸렌 아디페이트-코-테레프탈레이트), 또는 열가소성 전분 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 패키징 물품.
- 제6항의 패키징 물품을 제조하는 방법으로서,
퇴비화 가능한 열밀봉성 코팅을 갖는 제1 퇴비화 가능한 시트를 접어서 접힌 시트를 형성하는 단계로서, 접힘부의 한쪽 면 상의 상기 접힌 시트의 일부분은 접힘부에 의해 한정되는 하나의 에지를 갖는 제1 벽을 구성하는, 단계;
적어도 하나의 추가 에지를 밀봉하여 상기 패키징 물품을 형성하는 단계
