도 3(a)는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 필름 주름 제거용 롤러의 형태를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이고, 도 3(b)는 비교예의 필름 주름 개선용 롤러의 형태를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 필름 주름 제거용 롤러를 통과한 필름과 비교예의 주름 개선용 롤러를 통과한 필름을 비교하여 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (6)
- 원통형으로 형성되는 롤;
상기 롤 양단에 위치되고 패턴이 형성되는 한 쌍의 패턴롤; 및
상기 롤 및 상기 패턴롤의 위치를 고정시키는 롤고정부;를 포함하고,
상기 롤 및 상기 패턴롤은, 각각 분리가 가능하며, 마찰력이 서로 다른 소재로 구성되고,
상기 롤은, 금속 소재 또는 테프론 소재로 형성되고,
상기 금속 소재로 형성된 롤의 전면(全面)에는, 일정한 두께의 테프론이 코팅되고,
상기 패턴롤은, 금속 소재로 형성되고,
상기 금속 소재로 형성된 패턴롤의 전면에는, 일정한 두께의 고무 소재가 코팅되고,
상기 롤의 길이는 상기 롤과 접하는 필름의 유효면적의 폭 길이와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는,
