Abstract
Description
도 2는 AuNP와 항체에 적합한 농도를 Gold aggregation test(GAT) 실험을 통해 확인하고, 농도에 따른 색변화를 확인한 결과를 나타낸 도이다.
도 3은 AuNP 및 AuNP/항체 접합을 UV-vis spectrum 으로 확인한 결과를 나타낸 도이다 (초록색: 10 ㎕, 파란색: 20㎕, 갈색: 40㎕, 연두색: 80㎕ 항체 첨가 실험군).
도 4는 시험 스트립의 제조과정을 나타낸 도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 변형된 측면 유동 면역진단 스트립의 구조를 나타낸 도이다.

Claims (11)
- 측면 유동 면역 진단 스트립에 있어서,
접합 패드와 검출 패드 사이에 위치한, 고흡수성 폴리머(superabsorbent polymer, SAP)가 표면 코팅된 코팅 영역을 포함하는 변형된 측면 유동 면역진단 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고흡수성 폴리머는 저밀도 가교 고흡수성 폴리머인, 변형된 측면 유동 면역진단 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 고흡수성 폴리머는 0.01 내지 0.8%(w/v) 농도로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 변형된 측면 유동 면역진단 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고흡수성 폴리머가 표면 코팅된 코팅 영역은 접합 패드에 인접하여 위치하는 것인, 변형된 측면 유동 면역진단 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변형된 측면 유동 면역진단 스트립은
순차적으로 배치된 시료 패드, 접합 패드, 고흡수성 폴리머가 표면 코팅된 코팅 영역, 검출 패드 및 흡수 패드를 포함하는, 변형된 측면 유동 면역진단 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고흡수성 폴리머가 표면 코팅된 코팅 영역은 접촉된 시료의 동적 점도를 증가시켜 유속을 늦추는 것을 특징으로 하는, 변형된 측면 유동 면역진단 스트립.
- 1) 니트로셀룰로오스 막에 고흡수성 폴리머를 첨가하는 단계;
2) 상기 1) 단계의 고흡수성 폴리머 첨가 니트로셀룰로오스 막을 건조시켜 고흡수성 폴리머가 표면에 코팅된 니트로셀룰로오스 막을 제조하는 단계; 및
3) 상기 고흡수성 폴리머가 표면 코팅된 니트로셀룰로오스 막을 접합 패드와 검출 패드 사이에 연결하는 단계;를 포함하는, 변형된 측면 유동 면역진단 스트립의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고흡수성 폴리머를 니트로셀룰로오스 막에 1 내지 5㎕ 첨가하는, 변형된 측면 유동 면역진단 스트립의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
시료 패드, 접합 패드, 고흡수성 폴리머가 표면 코팅된 니트로셀룰로오스 막 및 흡수 패드 순으로 백킹 카드에 조립하는 단계; 를 더 포함하는 변형된 측면 유동 면역진단 스트립의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 변형된 측면 유동 면역진단 스트립의 시료 패드에 검출 대상 액체 시료를 로딩하는 단계; 를 포함하는 액체 시료 내 표적 물질 검출 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 액체 시료는 고흡수성 폴리머가 표면 코팅된 니트로셀룰로오스 막 영역을 통과하며, 비-변형 측면 유동 면역진단 스트립 대비 유속이 감소하는 것인, 액체 시료 내 표적 물질 검출 방법.
