Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 방법으로 수득된 식물 추출물의 대장균(Escherichia coli)에 대한 항균 활성을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 방법으로 수득된 식물 추출물의 황색포도상구균에 대한 항균 효과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 방법으로 수득된 식물 추출물의 녹농균(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)에 대한 항균 효과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 라즈베리 잎의 열수(hydrothermal) 추출물에 대한 HPLC 크로마토그램을 나타낸 것이다.
도 6은 라즈베리 잎의 열수 추출물의 주요 화합물에 대한 특이적 스펙트럼을 나타낸 것이다.
도 7은 분쇄된 라즈베리 잎의 열수 추출물의 황색포도상구균에 대한 항균 효과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 8은 열수 추출 잔여물의 HPLC 크로마토그램을 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (16)
- 식물 재료를 전환시키는 방법으로서, 상기 방법이
제1 단계에서 씨, 베리, 과일, 잎, 압축찌꺼기, 압축 케이크, 베리 케이크, 과일 케이크; 식물 재료를 가공하는 산업에서 비롯되는 폐기물, 침전물, 측류(side stream) 및 부산물; 및 이들의 임의의 조합으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 식물 재료로서, 루버스(Rubus) 또는 백시니움(Vaccinium) 속의 베리 종으로부터 선택되는 상기 적어도 하나의 식물 재료를, 물 및 에탄올로부터 선택되는 제1 매질의 존재 하에 1회 내지 5회 분쇄하여 10 내지 270 ㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 입자를 수득하고;
제2 단계에서 상기 입자를 물 및 에탄올로부터 선택되는 제2 매질과 1:5 내지 1:40 또는 1:5 내지 1:50의 중량비로 25 내지 120℃의 온도에서 30분 내지 12시간 또는 30분 내지 7시간 동안 혼합하여, 생활성 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을 수득하고, 상기 혼합물을 분리시킴으로써 식물 잔여물로부터 식물 추출물이 분리되고, 황색포도상구균(Staphylococcus aureus), 녹농균(Pseudomonas aeruginosa) 또는 이들 둘 다에 대한 항균 활성을 갖는 식물 추출물이 수득되는 단계들을 포함하는 것인, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 단계에서 적어도 하나의 식물 재료를 맷돌 제분기, 콜로이드 제분기 또는 초미립분쇄기(supermasscolloider) 중에서 분쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 단계는 아스코르브산, 옥살산, 시트르산, 아세트산, 말산, 벤조산 및 HCl로부터 선택되는 산의 존재 하에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 단계에서, 상기 혼합은 적어도 2개의 혼합 단계로 수행하고, 이 경우 제1 혼합 단계에서의 온도는 10-50℃이고, 제2 혼합 단계에서의 온도는 50-120℃인 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 단계에서 상기 혼합은 1 내지 10 bar의 압력 하에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 단계에서 적어도 하나의 탄수화물 가수분해 효소를 상기 제2 매질에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 단계에서 수득한 식물 추출물을 제품의 제조에서 그대로 사용하거나, 또는 이를 농축, 냉동 또는 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2 단계에서 수득한 식물 추출물을 냉동 건조, 분무 건조, 가열 건조, 승온 하의 건조 또는 건조 캐비넷 중에서의 건조에 의해 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 식물 재료를 상기 제1 단계 전에 전처리하고, 상기 전처리는 상기 식물 재료에 열처리, 발효, 효소 처리, 에탄올을 사용한 추출, 가압, 압착, 건조, 파쇄 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 방법을 가함으로써 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 화장품, 피부 관리 제품, 위생용품, 가정용품, 건강기능식품, 식료품, 식품 보충제, 사료, 애완동물 먹이, 포장식품, 포장재, 기계 부품 또는 의약품인 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 산이 아스코르브산인 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 탄수화물 가수분해 효소가 셀룰라아제, 펙티나아제, 자일라나아제 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
