- 형광체를 구비하는 발광 장치로서,
상기 형광체가 하기 식 [2]로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 결정상을 포함하고, 또한,
상기 형광체의 분말 X선 회절 스펙트럼에 있어서 2θ=38 내지 39도인 영역에 나타나는 피크 강도를 Ix, 2θ=37 내지 38도인 영역에 나타나는 피크 강도를 Iy라 하였을 때, Iy에 대한 Ix의 상대 강도인 Ix/Iy가 0.140 이하이고,
상기 형광체는, 발광 스펙트럼에 있어서 649㎚ 미만의 범위에 발광 피크 파장을 갖는, 발광 장치.
