Description
Claims (11)
- 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체와, 절연 재료를 포함하고,
상기 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체가 흡착 등온선으로부터 얻어지는 t-플롯이 위로 볼록한 형상을 나타내는 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체로서, 상기 절연 재료의 함유량을 100 질량부로 했을 때의 상기 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체의 함유량 C가 0.3 질량부 이상 0.8 질량부 이하이며,
20 GHz 초과의 주파수 영역의 전자파를 흡수하는 전자파 흡수 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 절연 재료가 절연성 고분자이며, 그 절연성 고분자는,
(a) 열 가소성 수지 및/또는 열 경화성 수지,
(b) 고무 및/또는 엘라스토머,
중 어느 것인, 전자파 흡수 재료. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 전자파 흡수 재료를 사용하여 형성한 전자파 흡수층을 구비하는 전자파 흡수체.
- 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체와, 절연 재료를 포함하는 전자파 흡수층을 복수 구비하고,
복수의 상기 전자파 흡수층의 각 층에 함유되는 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체 및/또는 절연 재료는, 동일 또는 상이한 종류이며,
복수의 상기 전자파 흡수층을, 전자파의 입사측에서 먼 쪽에서부터, 제1 전자파 흡수층, 제2 전자파 흡수층, … 제n 전자파 흡수층으로 하고,
복수의 상기 전자파 흡수층의 각 층에 있어서의, 상기 절연 재료의 함유량을 100 질량부로 했을 때의 상기 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체의 함유량을, 각각, A1 질량부, A2 질량부, … An 질량부로 한 경우에,
하기 조건 (1-2), 및 (2) 또는 (3)이 성립하고,
상기 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체가 흡착 등온선으로부터 얻어지는 t-플롯이 위로 볼록한 형상을 나타내는 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체로서, 0.3 ≤ A1 ≤ 0.8 … (1-2)
n이 2인 경우, A1 > A2 … (2)
n이 3 이상의 자연수의 경우, A1 > A2 ≥ … ≥ An … (3)
나아가, 전자파 흡수체를 구성하는 모든 층 가운데, 제1 전자파 흡수층에 있어서의 섬유상 탄소 나노 구조체의 함유량이 가장 많은, 전자파 흡수체. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 절연 재료가 절연성 고분자이며, 그 절연성 고분자는,
(a) 열 가소성 수지 및/또는 열 경화성 수지,
(b) 고무 및/또는 엘라스토머,
중 어느 것인, 전자파 흡수체. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 전자파의 입사측의 최표면에, 절연층을 더 구비하는, 전자파 흡수체. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
총 두께가 1 μm 이상 500 μm 이하인, 전자파 흡수체. - 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 전자파의 입사측의 최표면에, 절연층을 더 구비하는, 전자파 흡수체. - 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,
총 두께가 1 μm 이상 500 μm 이하인, 전자파 흡수체. - 삭제
