도5a-b는 본 제어 유닛의 사용자 인터페이스의 다양한 인터페이스(도5a)와 그들이 사용자의 손에 맞물려진것(도5b)을 도시한다.

Claims (13)
- 두 개의 회전 가능한 노브를 통해 편향 가능한 샤프트를 갖는 내시경에 부착 가능한 제어 유닛에 있어서,
(a) 제어 유닛의 하우징에 부착 된 피벗 지지체 상에 장착되는 제1인터페이스 및 상기 제1인터페이스에 회전식으로 장착되며, 손의 하나 이상의 손가락에 맞물릴 수 있는 제2인터페이스를 포함하고, 상기 제1인터페이스는 손바닥에 의해 맞물릴 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스;
(b) 상기 사용자 인터페이스에 의하여 구동 가능하며, 상기 두 개의 회전 가능한 노브를 맞물리게 하여 사용자가 상기 제1인터페이스를 통하여 상기 내시경의 샤프트의 편향을 제어할 수 있게 하는 제1구동 메커니즘 및 상기 내시경의 작동 채널을 통해 배치될 수 있는 수술 도구의 수동 구동 가능한 단부에 맞물리는 제2구동 메커니즘을 포함하는 구동 유닛을 포함하며,
상기 제2인터페이스는 상기 제2구동 메커니즘을 통하여 상기 수술 도구를 구동시키는 제어 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 두 개의 회전 가능한 노브 중 제1 회전 노브는 상기 샤프트의 업/다운 편향을 제어하고, 상기 두 개의 회전 가능한 노브 중 제2회전 노브는 상기 샤프트의 좌/우 편향을 제어하며, 상기 제1인터페이스는 상기 샤프트의 업/다운 및 좌/우 편향을 모두 제어하는 제어 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1구동 메커니즘은 상기 제1인터페이스를 통하여 구동 가능한 적어도 하나의 모터를 포함하는 제어 유닛.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 모터는 상기 두 개의 노브를 구동시키는 제어 유닛.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1구동 메커니즘은 상기 적어도 하나의 모터와 상기 두 개의 노브 사이에 개재된 기어 세트를 포함하는 제어 유닛.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2인터페이스는 상기 손의 엄지 손가락과 집게 손가락을 통해 동시에 구동 가능한 패드를 포함하는 제어 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2구동 메커니즘은 서보(servo)를 포함하는 제어 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원격 장치를 무선 제어하기 위한 제3인터페이스를 더 포함하는 제어 유닛.
