Abstract
본 발명에서는, 1기어(110)와, 상기 제1기어(110)에 치합되어 구동되는 제2기어(120)를 포함하여 복수의 기어를 구비하며, 상기 제1기어(110)의 기어치(111) 표면에 형성되는 미션오일의 오일접촉각(contact angle, θ)을 상기 기어치(111) 표면의 마찰계수(FC)로 나눈 기어윤활지수(LC = θ / FC)가 450 이상 3000 이하의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 농작업차량용 변속기(100)를 개시한다.

도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 농작업차량용 변속기(100)에서 제1기어(110)의 기어치(111)에서의 오일접촉각(θ)을 설명하는 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 농작업차량용 변속기(100)에서 제1기어(110)와 제2기어(120)의 접촉면적(A)을 설명하는 도면이다.
도 4 내지 도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 농작업차량용 변속기(100)에서의 기어윤활지수(LC) 및 하중고려기어윤활지수(WLC)에 따른 농작업차량용 변속기(100) 특성 변화를 설명하는 도면이다.

Claims (5)
- 제1기어(110)와,
상기 제1기어(110)에 치합되어 구동되는 제2기어(120)를 포함하여 복수의 기어를 구비하며,
상기 제1기어(110)의 기어치(111) 표면에 형성되는 미션오일의 오일접촉각(contact angle, θ)을 상기 기어치(111) 표면의 마찰계수(FC)로 나눈 기어윤활지수(LC = θ / FC)가 450 이상 3000 이하의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 농작업차량용 변속기(100). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기어윤활지수(LC)는 상기 제1기어(110)의 상기 기어치(111)에서 상기 제2기어(120)와 접촉하는 접촉면(112)에서 산출된 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 농작업차량용 변속기(100). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1기어(110)의 구동시 상기 기어치(111)에서의 상기 제2기어(120)와의 접촉면적(A)을 상기 기어윤활지수(LC)로 곱한 하중고려기어윤활지수(WLC = A x LC)가 470 이상 2530 이하의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 농작업차량용 변속기(100). - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 접촉면적(A)은,
상기 제1기어(110)의 구동 중 상기 제2기어(120)와 최대 접촉되는 시점의 면적인 것을 특징으로 하는 농작업차량용 변속기(100). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1기어(110)와 상기 제2기어(120)는 동일한 재질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 농작업차량용 변속기(100).
