Claims (3)
- 중앙원통(100)과, 상기 중앙원통(100)의 둘레면에 고정된 다수의 날개편(110)을 포함하여 흡기관(200) 내부에 설치되되, 상기 중앙원통(100)과 날개편(110)은 고내열성 수지 조성물을 이용하여 일체로 성형되고; 상기 날개편(110)의 표면에는 다수의 딤플(112)이 형성된 자동차부품 수명연장과 매연저감 유도 장치에 있어서;
상기 고내열성 수지 조성물은 FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastics)를 포함하고, 상기 FRP 100중량부에 대해, PPO(POLYEHENYLENE OXIDE)수지 35중량부, 비스페놀 A-에피클로로히드린-메타크릴 산 폴리머 10중량부, HFP(Hexafluoropropylene) 15중량부, 백토 분말 15중량부, 크리스토발라이트 10중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차부품 수명연장과 매연저감 유도 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중앙원통(100)과 날개편(110)의 외표면에는 표면보호제가 더 도포되되, 상기 표면보호제는 폴리카보네이트수지를 포함하고, 상기 폴리카보네이트수지 100중량부에 대해, 그라파이트 파우더(graphite powder) 7.5중량부, 탄소나노튜브 5.5중량부, 삼인산칼슘 3.5중량부, 메틸실리코네이트 5.5중량부, 히드록시프롤린 5.5중량부, 탄산바륨 3.5중량부를 혼합하여 조성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차부품 수명연장과 매연저감 유도 장치.
