Claims (15)
- ㆍ 다공성 고체 기재를 제공하는 단계로서, 여기서 상기 고체 기재는 적어도 70부피%의 다공성을 갖는 메쉬 또는 발포체이고, 상기 기재는 친핵성 폴리머를 포함하는 외부 표면을 포함하고, 상기 친핵성 폴리머는 반응성 친핵성 기를 포함하고, 상기 친핵성 폴리머는 적어도 10개의 아민 그룹을 포함하며, 상기 메쉬 또는 발포체는 10mm 내지 200mm의 길이, 5mm 내지 200mm의 폭 및 0.5mm 내지 10mm의 두께를 갖는 시트 형태인, 단계;
ㆍ 상기 기재를 친전자성으로 활성적인 폴리옥사졸린(EL-POX) 및 용매를 포함하는 코팅액으로 코팅하여 코팅된 기재를 생성하는 단계로서, 상기 EL-POX는 적어도 10개의 반응성 친전자성 기 및 100 모노머 당 3 내지 50의 펜던트 친전자성 기를 함유하고, 상기 코팅액은 1중량% 미만의 물을 함유하는, 단계; 및
ㆍ 코팅된 기재로부터 용매를 제거하는 단계
를 포함하고, 상기 코팅된 기재로부터 상기 용매의 제거 후에, 상기 EL-POX가 여전히 평균적으로 적어도 5개의 반응성 친전자성 기를 함유하는, 접착 지혈 제품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고체 기재는 적어도 85부피%의 다공성을 갖는, 접착 지혈 제품을 제조하는 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,

상기 EL-POX는 카르복실산 에스테르, 설포네이트 에스테르, 포스포네이트 에스테르, 펜타플루오로페닐 에스테르, p-니트로페닐 에스테르, p-니트로티오페닐에스테르, 산 할라이드기, 무수물, 케톤, 알데히드, 이소시아네이토, 티오이소시아네이토, 이소시아노, 에폭시드, 활성화된 히드록실기, 올레핀, 글리시딜 에테르, 카르복실, 숙신이미딜 에스테르, 숙신이미딜 카보네이트, 숙신이미딜카바메이트, 설포숙신이미딜 에스테르, 설포숙신이미딜 카보네이트, 말레이미도(말레이미딜), 에텐설포닐, 이미도 에스테르, 아세토 아세테이트, 할로 아세탈, 오르토피리딜 디설피드, 디히드록시-페닐 유도체, 비닐, 아크릴레이트, 아크릴아미드, 요오드아세트아미드 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택된 적어도 2개의 반응성 친전자성 기를 함유하는, 접착 지혈 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 친핵성 폴리머는 단백질, 키토산 및 합성 또는 탄수화물 폴리머로부터 선택되며, 그리고 여기서 상기 반응성 친핵성 기는 아민, 티올, 포스핀 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택될 수 있는, 접착 지혈 제품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코팅액은 2-프로판올, 에틸 알코올, 메탄올, 디클로로메탄, 아세톤, 아니솔, 1-부탄올, 2-부탄올, 부틸 아세테이트, tert-부틸메틸 에테르, 큐멘, 디메틸 술폭시드, 에틸 아세테이트, 에틸 에테르, 에틸 포메이트, 헵탄, 이소부틸 아세테이트, 이소프로필 아세테이트, 메틸 아세테이트, 3-메틸-1-부탄올, 메틸에틸케톤, 메틸이소부틸케톤, 2-메틸-1-프로판올, 펜탄, 1-펜탄올, 1-프로판올, 프로필 아세테이트 및 이의 조합으로부터 선택된 용매를 적어도 50중량% 함유하는, 접착 지혈 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코팅액으로 상기 기재를 코팅한 후, 그리고 용매를 제거하기 전 및 제거하는 동안 중 적어도 하나에서, EL-POX의 반응성 친전자성 기는 공유 결합 형성하에 상기 기재의 표면에 존재하는 친핵성 폴리머의 반응성 친핵성 기와 반응하는, 접착 지혈 제품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 EL-POX는 상기 코팅액에 용해되고, 그리고 여기서 상기 코팅액은 분산된, 용해되지 않은 버퍼링 시스템을 함유하며, 상기 코팅액은 7 내지 11 범위의 버퍼링 pH 및 적어도 10mmol.l-1.pH-1의 버퍼 용량을 갖는, 접착 지혈 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
