Claims (9)
- 질량% 로, C : 0.07 ∼ 0.25 %,
Si : 0.01 ∼ 1.80 %,
Mn : 1.8 ∼ 3.2 %,
P : 0.05 % 이하,
S : 0.02 % 이하,
Al : 0.01 ∼ 2.0 %,
N : 0.01 % 이하를 함유하고,
B : 0.0001 ∼ 0.005 %,
Ti : 0.005 ∼ 0.04 %,
Nb : 0.005 ∼ 0.06 % 중 어느 1 종 이상을 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 성분 조성과,
압연 방향의 판두께 단면 (斷面) 에 있어서, 페라이트의 면적률이 5 ∼ 50 % 이고, 프레시 마텐자이트 및 잔류 γ 의 합계 면적률이 2 ∼ 30 % 이고, 상기 프레시 마텐자이트 및 상기 잔류 γ 의 평균 입경은 각각 5 ㎛ 이하이고, 표면으로부터 판두께 방향 200 ㎛ 의 범위에서, 상기 프레시 마텐자이트 및 상기 잔류 γ 중, 페라이트와만 인접하는 상기 프레시 마텐자이트 및 상기 잔류 γ 의 비율이, 합계 면적률로 30 % 이하인 강 (鋼) 조직을 갖고,
항복 강도가 550 ㎫ 이상인 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성에 더하여 추가로, 질량% 로, Mo : 0.03 ∼ 0.50 %,
Cr : 0.1 ∼ 1.0 % 중 어느 1 종 이상을 합계로 1 % 이하를 함유하는 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성에 더하여 추가로, 질량% 로, Cu, Ni, Sn, As, Sb, Ca, Mg, Pb, Co, Ta, W, REM, Zn, V, Sr, Cs, Hf 중 어느 1 종 이상을 합계로 0.5 % 이하를 함유하는 고강도 강판. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성에 더하여 추가로, 질량% 로, Cu, Ni, Sn, As, Sb, Ca, Mg, Pb, Co, Ta, W, REM, Zn, V, Sr, Cs, Hf 중 어느 1 종 이상을 합계로 0.5 % 이하를 함유하는 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
강판 표면에 도금층을 갖는 고강도 강판. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 도금층이, 용융 아연 도금층 또는 합금화 용융 아연 도금층인 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 성분 조성을 갖는 강 슬래브를 열간 압연 후, 평균 냉각 속도가 10 ∼ 30 ℃/s 인 조건으로 냉각시키고, 권취 온도가 400 ∼ 700 ℃ 인 조건으로 권취하는 열연 공정과,
상기 열연 공정에서 얻어진 열연 강판을 냉간 압연하는 냉연 공정과,
상기 냉연 공정에서 얻어진 냉연 강판을, 600 ℃ 내지 700 ℃ 의 온도 범위의 평균 가열 속도를 13 ℃/s 이상으로 하여, 어닐링 온도까지 가열하고, 그 후 750 ∼ 900 ℃ 의 어닐링 온도역에서, 어닐링 시간 : 30 ∼ 200 초의 조건으로 어닐링하고, 그 어닐링 시에 반경 800 ㎜ 이하의 롤로 굽힘 및 되돌리기를 합계 7 회 이상 13 회 이하 실시하고, 상기 어닐링 온도로부터 10 ℃/s 이상의 평균 냉각 속도로 200 ∼ 340 ℃ 의 온도역으로 냉각시키고, 350 ∼ 600 ℃ 의 온도역으로 재가열하여 10 ∼ 300 초 유지하는 조건으로 실시하는 어닐링 공정을 갖는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 어닐링 공정 후에, 도금 처리를 실시하는 도금 공정을 갖는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 도금 처리는, 용융 아연 도금 처리 또는 합금화 용융 아연 도금 처리를 실시하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법.
