Claims (10)
- 오프셋 또는 레터프레스 인쇄 공정에 의해 기재 또는 보안 문서 상에 보안 특징부를 인쇄하기 위한, 40 ℃ 및 1000 s-1에서 2.5 내지 25 Pa s 범위의 점도를 갖는, 저에너지 라디칼 경화성 인쇄 잉크로서,
i) 10 중량% 내지 80 중량%의 라디칼 경화성 (메트)아크릴레이트 화합물;
ii) 1 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 하나 이상의 하기 화학식 I의 광개시제:

R1, R2는, 서로 동일하거나 상이하고, 수소, C1-C4-알킬 및 Si(R15)3으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고;
R3, R4, R5, R6은, 서로 동일하거나 상이하고, 수소 및 C1-C4-알킬로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며;
R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12, R13, R14는, 서로 동일하거나 상이하고, 수소, C1-C4-알킬 및 할로겐으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며;
R15는 C1-C4-알킬, 페닐, C1-C4-하이드록시알킬 및 C5-C8-사이클로알킬로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다;
iii) 1 중량% 내지 60 중량%의, 발광성 물질, 자성물질, IR 흡수성 물질 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 기계 판독가능한 물질; 및
iv) 0.5 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 하나 이상의 충전제 및/또는 증량제
를 포함하고, 중량%가 저에너지 라디칼 경화성 인쇄 잉크의 총 중량을 기준으로 한 것인, 저에너지 라디칼 경화성 인쇄 잉크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 충전제 및/또는 증량제가 카보네이트, 실리카, 활석, 점토 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 저에너지 라디칼 경화성 인쇄 잉크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
라디칼 경화성 (메트)아크릴레이트 화합물이 하나 이상의 라디칼 경화성 (메트)아크릴레이트 올리고머 및 하나 이상의 라디칼 경화성 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체로 이루어진, 저에너지 라디칼 경화성 인쇄 잉크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
a) 하나 이상의 염료 및/또는 b) 무기 안료, 유기 안료 또는 이들의 혼합물을 더 포함하는, 저에너지 라디칼 경화성 인쇄 잉크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
파라핀 왁스, 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 플루오로카본 왁스, 폴리테트라플로오로에틸렌 왁스, 카르나우바(carnauba) 왁스 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 왁스를 더 포함하는, 저에너지 라디칼 경화성 인쇄 잉크. - 오프셋 또는 레터프레스 인쇄 공정에 의해 기재 상에 보안 특징부를 인쇄하는 방법으로서,
(a) 제1항 또는 제2항의 저에너지 라디칼 경화성 인쇄 잉크를, 오프셋 인쇄 또는 레터프레스 인쇄에 의해 도포하여 코팅 또는 층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(b) 50 mJ/cm2 이상의 선량으로 UV 램프(280 내지 400 nm)를 사용하여 코팅 또는 층을 경화시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항의 저에너지 라디칼 경화성 인쇄 잉크로 이루어진 층을 포함하는, 보안 특징부.
- 제8항의 하나 이상의 보안 특징부를 포함하는, 보안 문서.
