Abstract
(a) 임의적으로 화학물질 및/또는 물로 예비처리된 큰 목재 입자를 변형된 입자의 목재로 박리하는 단계;
(b) 상기 단계 (a)에서 생성된 변형된 입자의 목재를 하나 이상의 리파이너에서 연삭하는 단계; 및

상기 방법은 상기 단계 (a) 및/또는 (b)에서, 성분 (Z1) 내지 (Z3), 즉, 아다이티온산(H2S2O4)의 염(Z1), 아다이티온산 또는 아다이티온산 유도체 생성기 화합물(Z2), 아황산염 + 나트륨 테트라보로하이드라이드(Z3) 중 하나 이상의 성분 및 임의적으로 첨가제(Z4)를 함유하는 조성물 Z의 존재하에 수행된다.

Claims (10)
- (a) 화학물질 및/또는 물로 예비처리되거나 예비처리되지 않은 비교적 큰 입자의 목재를 변형된 입자의 목재로 박리하되, 상기 예비처리되거나 예비처리되지 않은 비교적 큰 입자의 목재를 먼저 (i) 기계적 압력 및/또는 전단력에 노출시킨 후 (ii) 비교적 양호한 조건하에 리파이너에서 연삭함을 포함하는, 단계; 및
(b) 상기 단계 (a)의 변형된 입자의 목재를 하나 이상의 리파이너에서 연삭하는 단계
를 포함하는, 표백된 기계적 목재펄프의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 단계 (a) 및/또는 (b) 동안, 아다이티온산(H2S2O4)의 염(Z1), 아다이티온산 또는 아다이티온산 유도체 생성기 화합물(Z2), 아황산염 + 나트륨 테트라보로하이드라이드(Z3) 중 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하는 조성물 Z가 존재하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
조성물 Z가 아다이티온산(H2S2O4)의 염(Z1)을 포함하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
아다이티온산(H2S2O4)의 염이 아다이티온산(H2S2O4)의 알칼리 금속 염인 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
아다이티온산(H2S2O4)의 염이 아다이티온산 나트륨인 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
(c) 단계 (b)에서 수득된 물질을 산화성 또는 환원성 표백제로 처리하는 단계
를 추가로 포함하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
조성물 Z가 첨가제(Z4)를 추가로 포함하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 표백된 기계적 목재펄프를 제조하고, 이를 추가로 종이로 가공함을 포함하는, 종이의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 표백된 기계적 목재펄프를 제조하고, 이를 수지 처리하고 목질 재료로 압축 성형함을 포함하는, 옅은색 목질 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
표백된 기계적 목재펄프가 백색 안료의 첨가에 의해 수지 처리되는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득가능한 표백된 기계적 목재펄프.
