Abstract
이에 따라, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 진공펌프가 필요 없는 진공건조기는, 밀폐된 내부 공간을 형성하며 내부에 건조대가 설치되고 일측면 내부에는 외부와 연동되는 증기주입구가 구비되고 타측면 외부에는 내부와 연통되는 배기밸브가 구비되는 건조실; 건조실의 외부에 위치하고 물탱크를 구비하며 증기주입구에 연결되는 증기발생기; 및 건조실의 내부와 외부에 연동되어 구비되며 건조실 내부에 고온영역과 저온영역을 형성하는 히트펌프;를 포함하되, 히트펌프는, 고온영역에 구비되는 응축기; 건조실 외부에서 응축기에 연결되는 제1열교환기; 저온영역에 구비되는 증발기; 건조실 외부에서 증발기에 연결되는 제2열교환기; 제1열교환기와 제2열교환기 사이를 연결하는 컴프레서; 및 응축기와 증발기를 연결하는 팽창밸브;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 밀폐된 내부 공간을 형성하며 내부에 건조대가 설치되고 일측면 내부에는 배기밸브와 연동되는 증기주입구가 구비되고 타측면 외부에는 증기주입구와 연동되는 배기밸브가 구비되는 건조실;
건조실의 외부에 위치하고 물탱크를 구비하며 증기주입구에 연결되는 증기발생기; 및
건조실의 내부와 외부에 연동되어 구비되며 건조실 내부에 고온영역과 저온영역을 형성하는 히트펌프;를 포함하되,
히트펌프는,
고온영역에 구비되며 건조대 하부에 위치하여 냉매의 응축 및 피건조물을 건조하는 응축기;
건조실 외부에서 응축기에 연결되는 제1열교환기;
저온영역에 구비되며 둥글게 말린 코일의 형상으로써 건조실 내부의 수증기를 액화 또는 승화시키는 증발기;
건조실 외부에서 증발기에 연결되는 제2열교환기;
건조실 외부에서 제1열교환기와 제2열교환기 사이를 연결하는 컴프레서; 및
응축기와 증발기의 연결부위에 구비되며 응축기에서 압축되어 응축 액화된 고온, 고압의 냉매를 증발이 가능한 압력까지 감압하고 냉매의 유량을 조절하여 증발기에 제공하는 팽창밸브;를 더 포함하고,
증기발생기가 건조실 내부에 수증기를 포화시키면 제1열교환기는 건조실 외부로 열을 방출함과 동시에 응축기에 압축 냉매를 공급하여 수증기로 포화된 건조실을 냉각시켜 초기 진공 상태를 형성하고, 건조실 내부가 저온 진공상태로 형성되면 외부로 발산하던 열을 응축기에 공급하여 고온영역을 형성하여 건조대 위 피건조물을 건조시키며,
증발기는,
증발기에 둘러싸인 형상으로 구성되는 원뿔형의 사이클론;을 더 포함하되,
사이클론은 일단의 넓은 원통부는 상부를 향하고, 타단의 좁은 원뿔부는 하부를 향하면서 내부 공간이 형성되고, 원통부의 측면으로부터 고온영역을 향하여 수평 방향의 굴뚝 형태 관으로 돌출 형성되는 흡입구가 구성되어,
고온영역을 지나온 수증기가 흡입구를 통해 사이클론의 원통부 내부로 유입되고 사이클론을 둘러싸고 있는 증발기의 냉각작용으로 사이클론 내부의 수증기는 응축 또는 응결되어 물 또는 얼음으로 상전이가 이뤄지면서 건조실 내부의 수증기 부피를 감소함으로써 건조실의 진공상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프가 필요 없는 진공건조기. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
사이클론은,
사이클론의 일단 원통부에 삽입 장착되는 송풍기; 및
송풍기의 상단에 장착되는 모터;를 더 포함하되,
송풍기는 측면에 배출구가 구비되고 하단은 사이클론 내부와 연결되며, 모터에서 발생하는 송풍이 배출구와 원뿔부로 연통되도록 구성되는 것을 더 포함하는 진공펌프가 필요 없는 진공건조기. - 제3항에 있어서,
사이클론 원뿔부에 연결되는 저장탱크를 더 포함하되,
저장탱크는 건조실 외부의 배출펌프에 연결되고, 배출펌프는 물탱크와 관으로 연결되며, 건조실 고온영역에서에서 발생하는 수증기가 사이클론에서 응축되어 물 또는 얼음의 형태로 배출되며 저장탱크로 회수되는 순환구조를 형성하는 것을 더 포함하는 진공펌프가 필요 없는 진공건조기. - 제4항에 있어서,
건조실 외측에서 저장탱크와 배출펌프가 연결되는 부위에 체크밸브가 구비되어 저장탱크의 응축수가 저장탱크로 역류하는 것을 방지하는 것을 더 포함하는 진공펌프가 필요 없는 진공건조기.
