Claims (15)
- 흡연 물품으로,
대향하는 전방면 및 후방면을 갖는 가연성 열원;
상기 가연성 열원의 전방면에서 후방면으로 연장되어 있는 하나 이상의 기류 채널;
상기 가연성 열원의 후방면의 하류에 있는 에어로졸 형성 기재; 및
상기 가연성 열원의 후방면과 상기 에어로졸 형성 기재 사이에 위치한 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 밸브를 포함하고,
여기서 상기 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 밸브는, 상기 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 밸브가 임계 온도 위로 가열될 때, 상기 밸브가 상기 하나 이상의 기류 채널과 상기 에어로졸 형성 기재 사이의 유체 연통을 실질적으로 방지하거나 억제하는 제1 위치로부터, 상기 하나 이상의 기류 채널 및 상기 에어로졸 형성 기재가 유체 연통하는 제2 위치로 변형되도록 배열되어 있는, 흡연 물품. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 밸브는 스냅 동작으로 상기 제1 위치로부터 상기 제2 위치로 변형되도록 사전 응력을 받는, 흡연 물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 밸브는, 100 내지 500㎛의 만곡부를 갖도록 사전 형성함으로써 사전 응력을 받는, 흡연 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가연성 열원의 후방면은 오목형이고, 상기 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 밸브는 상기 제1 위치에서 오목형이고 상기 제2 위치에서 볼록형인, 흡연 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 밸브는 상기 가연성 열원의 후방면과 접경하고 있는, 흡연 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 밸브는 상기 에어로졸 형성 기재와 상기 하나 이상의 기류 채널 중 적어도 하나 사이의 유체 연통을 허용하기 위한 하나 이상의 개구부 및 하나 이상의 고형부를 갖는 제1 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 시트를 포함하는, 흡연 물품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 고형부는, 상기 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 밸브가 상기 제1 위치에 있을 때에 상기 하나 이상의 기류 채널 모두를 차단하고, 상기 자동 온도조절 밸브가 상기 제2 위치에 있을 때에 상기 하나 이상의 기류 채널 중 적어도 하나를 차단 해제하도록 배열되어 있는, 흡연 물품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 밸브는 상기 제1 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 시트에 인접하는 제2 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 시트를 포함하되, 상기 제2 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 시트는 상기 에어로졸 형성 기재와 상기 하나 이상의 기류 채널 중 적어도 하나 사이의 유체 연통을 허용하기 위한 하나 이상의 개구부 및 하나 이상의 고형부를 갖는, 흡연 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 시트 중 하나 또는 전부의 하나 이상의 고형부는, 상기 밸브가 상기 제1 위치에 있을 때에 다른 시트의 하나 이상의 개구부를 차단하고, 상기 밸브가 상기 제2 위치에 있을 때에 상기 다른 시트의 하나 이상의 개구부 중 적어도 하나를 차단 해제하도록 배열되어 있는, 흡연 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 시트 및 상기 제2 자동 온도조절 바이메탈 시트는, 그들의 주변부의 적어도 일부분을 따라 함께 부착되어 있는, 흡연 물품.
