도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 68Ge/68Ga방사성동위원소 발생장치의 원리를 도시한 개념도이다.
도 3은 본 저분자 키토산-티타늄의 X선 회절 분석 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 저분자 키토산-티타늄 복합체의 주사전자현미경-원소 지도 이미지 분석 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5는 소결 반응시간이 3시간인 저분자 키토산-티타늄 복합체의 Kd값의 그래프이다.

Claims (11)
- 아세트산 용액에 저분자 키토산 분말을 투입하여 제1 용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 제1 용액에 티타늄 용액을 투입하여 제2 용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 제2 용액을 암모니아수에 떨어뜨려 비드를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 비드를 세척, 건조 및 소결하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 저분자 키토산은 50,000 ~ 190,000 Da의 분자량을 가지며,
상기 키토산 티타늄 복합체는 방사성 동위원소 흡착용인 것을 특징으로 하는 키토산 티타늄 복합체 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2 용액을 암모니아수에 떨어뜨려 비드를 형성하는 단계에서 제2 용액의 낙하 유속은 5 ~ 10 mL/min, 으로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 소결하는 단계는 400 ~ 500 ℃에서 6 ~ 8 시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 방사성 동위원소는 68Ge인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 따라 제조된 키토산 티타늄 복합체에 모핵종을 흡착시킨 후, 용리액과 접촉시켜 딸핵종을 용리시키는 단계를 포함하는 방사성동위원소의 수득방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 모핵종은 68Ge이고, 상기 딸핵종은 68Ga인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 용리액은 산용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 불활성 지지체인 저분자 키토산에 티타늄이 가교 결합되고,
상기 저분자 키토산은 50,000 ~ 190,000 Da의 분자량을 가지는 방사성 동위원소 흡착용 키토산-티타늄 복합체.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 복합체는 167±40Å 크기의 아나타제 결정(crystal) 및 653±25Å 크기의 루타일 결정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 키토산-티타늄 복합체.
