Description
도 2 는, 도전성 폴리아닐린 박막을 깎아, ITO 전극의 단자를 표면에 노출시킨 유리 기판의 상면을 나타내는 도면이다.
Claims (20)
- (a) 하기 식 (I) 로 나타내는 화합물에 의해 도프된 폴리아닐린, 및 (b) 페놀성 화합물을 포함하는 유기 용액에서 용매를 제거하여, 조성물을 얻고,
상기 조성물을, (c) 술폰산 또는 술폰산염 중 적어도 일방을 포함하는 용액에 침지한 후, 건조시키는 폴리아닐린 복합체 조성물의 제조 방법.
M(XARn)m (I)
(식 중, M 은 수소 원자, 유기 유리기 또는 무기 유리기이며, m 은[M 의 가수/X 의 가수]의 값이다.
X 는 아니온기이다.
A 는 치환기를 포함해도 되는 탄화수소기이다.
R 은 -H, -R1, -OR1, -COR1, -COOR1, -(C=O)-(COR1), 또는 -(C=O)-(COOR1) 로 나타내는 기이며, R 중 적어도 1 개는 -COOR1 또는 -(C=O)-(COOR1) 로 나타내는 기이다.
R1 은 치환기를 포함해도 되는 탄화수소기, 실릴기, 알킬실릴기, -(R2O)x-R3 으로 나타내는 기, 또는 -(OSiR3 2)x-OR3 으로 나타내는 기이다 (R2 는 각각 독립적으로 알킬렌기이며, R3 은 각각 독립적으로 탄화수소기이며, x 는 1 이상의 정수이다. n 은 1 이상의 정수이다.) - (a) 하기 식 (I) 로 나타내는 화합물에 의해 도프된 폴리아닐린, (b) 페놀성 화합물, 및 산성 물질 또는 상기 산성 물질의 염을 포함하는 유기 용액에서 용매를 제거하여, 조성물을 얻고,

상기 산성 물질이, 산성기를 1 이상 갖는 고리형, 사슬형 또는 분기의 알킬산인 폴리아닐린 복합체 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 산성 물질이, 산성기를 1 이상 갖는 치환 또는 무치환의 방향족산인 폴리아닐린 복합체 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 방향족산이, 나프탈렌 골격을 갖는 산인 폴리아닐린 복합체 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 식 (I) 로 나타내는 화합물에 의해 도프된 아닐린을 0 ℃ 이하에서 중합하고, 상기 폴리아닐린을 얻는 폴리아닐린 복합체 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 식 (I) 로 나타내는 화합물이 디이소옥틸술포숙신산염인 폴리아닐린 복합체 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 페놀성 화합물이, 알콕시페놀, 알킬페놀 또는 알킬나프톨인 폴리아닐린 복합체 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 페놀성 화합물이 아밀페놀, 메톡시페놀 또는 이소프로필페놀인 폴리아닐린 복합체 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 페놀성 화합물이 p-tert-아밀페놀, 4-메톡시페놀 또는 4-이소프로필페놀인 폴리아닐린 복합체 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
