Claims (16)
- 골절된 뼈에 밀착된 플레이트를 나사로 고정하여 골절된 뼈를 고정시키는 뼈 고정 장치에 있어서,
골절된 뼈에 부착되어 골절된 뼈를 지지하도록 복수 개의 체결공이 형성되되, 상기 체결공 중 적어도 하나는 길이 방향으로 길게 개구부가 형성된 장방형으로 형성되는 플레이트와;
상기 장방형 체결공 내에 삽입되어, 상기 장방형 체결공 내에서 길이 방향으로 슬립 가능한 클립과;
상기 클립 내에 삽입되어, 뼈 내에 체결되는 고정 나사;를 포함하여 구성되고:
상기 장방형 체결공은,
상기 플레이트의 길이 방향으로 형성되되, 길이 방향 내측면이 상기 클립의 외주면에 상응하여 내측으로 오목한 곡면으로 형성되며:
상기 클립은,
절개부가 형성된 고리형 탄발 구조로 구성되어, 탄성 압축되어 상기 장방형 체결공 내에 삽입되고, 삽입 후 탄발되어 상기 장방형 체결공으로부터 이탈이 구속되고;
상기 절개부가 형성된 양측 단부의 외주면에서 소정 길이로 상기 절개부 중심선과 평행한 방향으로 연장되어 돌출된 회전방지 돌기가 형성되어, 상기 클립의 절개부가 상기 장방형 체결공의 길이 방향을 향하도록 유지시키고:
상기 고정 나사는,
상기 클립의 내주면에 안착되고, 상부로부터 하부로 갈수록 단면폭이 좁아지는 헤드부와;
상기 헤드부의 내측 단부로부터 연장되어 뼈에 삽입되고, 외주면에 나사산이 형성된 몸체부;를 포함하여 구성되며:
상기 클립의 내주면은,
상기 헤드부에 상응하여 상부로부터 하부로 갈수록 직경이 좁아지는 경사면으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.

상기 클립의 외주면에는 외측으로 돌출된 가이드 돌기가 형성되고,
상기 장방형 체결공의 길이 방향 내측면에는 상기 가이드 돌기와 상응하는 위치에 내측으로 함몰된 가이드 홈이 형성되어,
상기 클립이 수평 방향으로만 슬립되고, 앵글 변형 회전이 구속되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 돌기는,
다면체 형태로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 돌기의 모서리는,
곡면 형태로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.

상기 헤드부는,
상부로부터 하부로 갈수록 단면폭이 좁아지는 경사 곡면으로 형성되는 모션 스크류(motion screw)로 구성되고,
상기 클립의 내주면은,
상기 헤드부에 상응하여 상부로부터 하부로 갈수록 직경이 좁아지는 경사 곡면으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 헤드부는,
상부로부터 하부로 갈수록 단면폭이 좁아지는 경사 측면이 형성되는 록킹 스크류(locking screw)로 구성되고,
상기 클립의 내주면은,
상기 헤드부에 상응하여 상부로부터 하부로 갈수록 직경이 좁아지는 경사를 갖는 경사면으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 헤드부 측면에는,
소정의 간격으로 절개홈이 형성되는 코텍스 스크류(cortex screw)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,
상기 헤드부의 외주면에는,
상기 클립의 내주면과 나사결합되기 위한 고정나사산이 형성되고,
상기 클립의 내주면에는,
상기 고정나사산에 대응하여 내측나사산이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 몸체부의 나사산은,
상기 몸체부의 단부에 형성되는 삽입나사부와;
상기 삽입나사부와 상기 헤드부 사이에 형성되어, 상기 고정 나사의 인발제거시 뼈와 나사결합되어 회전에 의해 상기 고정 나사에 인발력을 제공하는 인출나사부를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 인출나사부의 나사산 피치는,
상기 삽입나사부의 나사산 피치보다 크게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 삽입나사부 단부에는,
상기 고정 나사의 뼈 삽입시 뼈를 드릴링하도록 드릴팁이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
