Claims (6)
- 물에 염화칼슘 1~9중량%, 염화구리 0.1~9중량%, 철염 0.1~3중량%가 함유되어 pH 4.0~8.0이고, 0 내지 80℃에서 침전물이 형성되지 않은 액안정성이 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 공기정화기능을 갖는 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물에 가교제가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기정화기능을 갖는 조성물. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 가교제는 물 100중량부에 10~20중량부가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기정화기능을 갖는 조성물. - 물에 염화칼슘 1~9중량%, 염화구리 0.1~9중량%, 철염 0.1~3중량%를 첨가시키는 원료 혼합단계;
혼합된 조성물에 촉매, pH조절제, 금속이온 봉쇄제를 더 첨가하는 촉매 혼합단계;
촉매가 혼합된 조성물을 40~80℃에서 90~150분간 반응시키는 반응단계;
반응이 완료된 조성물을 냉각시키는 냉각단계를 포함하여 공기정화기능을 갖는 조성물을 제조하되,
상기 조성물은 pH 4.0~8.0이고, 0 내지 80℃에서 침전물이 형성되지 않은 안정성이 향상되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기정화기능을 갖는 조성물 제조방법. - 삭제
