Claims (18)
- 지지층(3)과; 적어도 하나의 미끄럼층(4)을; 포함하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 부재(1)로서, 미끄럼층(4)은 원주방향(6)으로 연장되는 에지부들을 포함하고 반경 방향의 층 두께(14)를 보유하며, 추가로 미끄럼층(4)의 층 두께(14)는 에지부들 중 적어도 하나의 에지부의 영역에서 에지부 옆의 영역에서보다 더 얇으며, 미끄럼층(4)은 적어도 금속 합금으로 구성되며, 이 금속 합금은 기질을 형성하는 제1 원소와, 적어도 하나의 제2 원소를 포함하는 것인, 상기 다층 미끄럼 베어링 부재에 있어서, 상기 제2 원소는 축 방향(8)으로 연장되는 농도 기울기로 함유되어 있으며, 상기 합금에서 상기 제2 원소의 비율은 상기 에지부의 방향으로 갈수록 증가하며, 상기 제2 원소는 기질을 형성하는 상기 제1 원소보다 더 낮은 전류 당량을 보유하고, 그리고/또는 상기 제2 원소 또는 상기 제2 원소로 형성된 금속간 상들은 기질을 형성하는 상기 제1 원소보다 더 높은 밀도를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 부재(1).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 원소는 주석이며, 상기 제2 원소는 구리, 비스무트, 안티몬으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 부재(1).
- 제2항에 있어서, 에지부의 영역에서 구리의 비율은 미끄럼층(4) 내에서 상기 원소의 평균 비율보다 최소한 2중량 퍼센트만큼 더 높으며, 그리고 최대 30중량 퍼센트인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 부재(1).
- 제2항에 있어서, 에지부의 영역에서 비스무트의 비율은 미끄럼층(4) 내에서 상기 원소의 평균 비율보다 최소한 2중량 퍼센트만큼 더 높으며, 그리고 최대 15중량 퍼센트인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 부재(1).
- 제2항에 있어서, 에지부의 영역에서 안티몬의 비율은 미끄럼층(4) 내에서 상기 원소의 평균 비율보다 최소한 5중량 퍼센트만큼 더 높으며, 그리고 최대 40중량 퍼센트인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 부재(1).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 원소는 아연이고 상기 제2 원소는 주석인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 부재(1).
- 제6항에 있어서, 에지부의 영역에서 주석의 비율은 미끄럼층(4) 내에서 상기 원소의 평균 비율보다 최소한 2중량 퍼센트만큼 더 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 부재(1).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 원소는 은이고 상기 제2 원소는 납인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 부재(1).
- 제8항에 있어서, 에지부의 영역에서 납의 비율은 미끄럼층(4) 내에서 상기 원소의 평균 비율보다 최소한 2중량 퍼센트만큼 더 높으며, 그리고 최대 60중량 퍼센트인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 부재(1).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 원소는 은이고 상기 제2 원소는 비스무트인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 부재(1).
- 제10항에 있어서, 에지부의 영역에서 비스무트의 비율은 미끄럼층(4) 내에서 상기 원소의 평균 비율보다 최소한 2중량 퍼센트만큼 더 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 부재(1).
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미끄럼층(4) 상에는, 상기 미끄럼층(4) 내에서 상기 제2 원소의 평균 비율보다 더 적은 제2 원소의 비율을 보유하는 추가 층(17)이 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 부재(1).
- 적어도 하나의 지지층(3)과 하나의 미끄럼층(4)을 포함하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링(1)의 제조를 위한 방법으로서, 미끄럼층(4)은 원주방향(6)으로 연장되는 에지부들을 포함하고 반경 방향의 층 두께(14)를 보유하며, 추가로 미끄럼층(4)의 층 두께(14)는 에지부들 중 적어도 하나의 에지부의 영역에서 에지부 옆의 영역에서보다 더 얇게 제조되며, 미끄럼층(4)은 기질을 형성하는 제1 원소와 적어도 하나의 제2 원소를 포함하는 금속 합금으로서 갈바닉 욕에서 갈바닉 증착되는 것인, 상기 다층 미끄럼 베어링의 제조 방법에 있어서, 축 방향(8)으로 연장되는 농도 기울기를 갖는 상기 제2 원소는 상기 에지부의 방향으로 갈수록 상기 합금에서의 상기 제2 원소의 비율이 증가하는 방식으로 증착되며, 그리고 상기 제2 원소로서는 상기 제1 원소에 비해 더 적은 전류 당량을 갖는 원소가 이용되고, 그리고/또는 상기 제2 원소로서는, 자신 또는 자신으로 형성된 금속간 상들이 상기 제1 원소보다 더 높은 밀도를 보유하는 것인 원소가 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 갈바닉 욕은 상기 원소들의 증착 동안 진동 운동에 의해 코팅 대상 표면 상으로 수직으로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링의 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 진동 운동은, 감소된 층 두께를 갖는 영역의 의도되는 길이의 0.1배 내지 3배에 상응하는 높이로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링의 제조 방법.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 진동 운동은 0.5Hz를 초과하는 주파수로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링의 제조 방법.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 복수의 다층 미끄럼 베어링이 하나의 갈바닉 욕 내에서 동시에 제조되되, 다층 미끄럼 베어링들을 위한 블랭크들 사이에 스페이서 부재들이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링의 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 복수의 다층 미끄럼 베어링이 하나의 갈바닉 욕 내에서 동시에 제조되되, 다층 미끄럼 베어링들을 위한 블랭크들 사이에 스페이서 부재들이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링의 제조 방법.
