Claims (6)
- 디바이스; 및
디바이스에 실장되고, 반응 용액 및 반응 용액을 인도하기 위해 반응 구조체체의 반응 장소와 유체 소통하는 적어도 하나의 플로우 채널을 포함하는 플로우 셀을 포함하는 바이오센서로서,
상기 디바이스는:
디바이스 베이스 위에 위치하고, 반응 용액 및 반응 용액과의 처리 이후 입사하는 여기 광에 응답하여 광 방출을 발생시키는 복수의 반응 장소를 포함하는 반응 구조체;
디바이스 베이스 내 복수의 광 센서;
광센서에 의해 검출되는 광자에 기반하여 데이터 신호를 전송하기 위해 복수의 광 센서와 전기 연결되는 디바이스 베이스 내 디바이스 회로부; 및
적어도 하나의 대응하는 반응 장소로부터 여기 광 및 광 방출을 수신하는 입력 영역을 가진 복수의 광 가이드를 포함하고,
상기 광 가이드는 적어도 하나의 대응하는 광 센서를 향해 상기 입력 영역으로부터 디바이스 베이스로 뻗어있으며,
복수의 광 가이드는 각각:
적어도 제1 파장의 여기 광을 필터링하고 제2 파장의 광 방출이 적어도 하나의 대응하는 광 센서로 통과하게 하는, 제1 필터 물질로 형성된 제1 필터 영역, 및
적어도 제1 파장의 여기 광을 필터링하고 제3 파장의 광 방출이 적어도 하나의 대응하는 광 센서로 통과하게 하는, 제2 필터 물질로 형성된 제2 필터 영역을 포함하는, 바이오센서. - 복수의 광 센서 및 광 센서에 의해 검출되는 광자에 기반하여 데이터 신호를 전송하기 위해 광 센서와 전기 연결되는 디바이스 회로부를 포함하는 디바이스 베이스 내에 복수의 트렌치를 형성하는 단계;
복수의 트렌치의 내부면 위에 지지층을 증착하는 단계;
적어도 제1 파장의 광을 필터링하고 제2 파장의 광이 적어도 하나의 대응하는 광 센서로 통과하게 하는 제1 필터 물질로 증착된 지지층 위의 복수의 트렌치를 채우는 단계;
디바이스 베이스와 제1 필터 물질 사이에 위치하는 복수의 트렌치 내 증착된 지지층의 상단 부분을 제거하여 복수의 보이드를 형성하는 단계;
적어도 제1 파장의 광을 필터링하고 제3 파장의 광이 적어도 하나의 대응하는 광 센서로 통과하게 하는 제2 필터 물질로 복수의 보이드를 채워서 복수의 광 가이드를 형성하는 단계; 및
반응 용액 및 적어도 제1 파장의 입사하는 여기 광에 응답하여 반응 용액과의 처리 이후 제2 파장과 제3 파장 중 적어도 하나의 광을 발생시키는 적어도 하나의 반응 장소를 포함하기 위해 디바이스 베이스 및 복수의 광 가이드 위에 반응 구조체체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,
복수의 트렌치는 디바이스 베이스의 상단면으로부터 적어도 하나의 대응하는 광 센서를 향해 뻗어있는 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
복수의 트렌치 내 증착된 지지층의 상단 부분을 제거하는 것은 제1 영역의 하단 부분 주위에서 아래로 뻗어있는 지지층 부분을 형성하는 것인 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
지지층이 제2 라이너 층 상에 뻗어있도록 지지층을 증착하기 전에 복수의 트렌치의 내부면 위에 그리고 디바이스 베이스의 상단면 위에 제2 라이너 층을 증착하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
제1 필터 물질은 제2 파장의 광을 더 필터링하고, 제2 필터 물질은 제1 파장의 광을 더 필터링하는 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
제1 필터 물질은 제1 염색제를 가진 폴리머 물질이고, 제2 필터 물질은 제1 염색제와 다른 제2 염색제를 가진 폴리머 물질인 방법.
