도 1 은 이동통신 시스템의 일례로서 E-UMTS 망구조를 개략적으로 도시한 도면,
도 2 는 본 발명에 따른 무선 통신 시스템에서의 기지국 및 단말의 구성을 도시한 블록도이다.
도 3 은 일반적인 다중 안테나(MIMO) 통신 시스템의 구성도이다.
도 4 는 다중 안테나 시스템에서 일반적인 CDD 구조의 예시를 나타낸다.
도 5 은 코드북 기반 프리코딩의 기본 개념을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 6 은 8 전송 안테나를 구성하는 예시들을 나타낸 것이다.
도 7 은 능동 안테나 시스템(active antenna system: AAS)을 나타낸다.
Claims (12)
- 다수의 수평 도메인 안테나들 및 다수의 수직 도메인 안테나들로 구성된 다중 안테나를 지원하는 무선 통신 시스템에서 기지국의 참조 신호 송신 방법에 있어서,
총 N개의 안테나를 Ng개의 그룹화된 안테나로 그룹화하는 단계 (여기서 N 및 Ng는 양의 정수이며, N>Ng>0 이다);
상기 Ng개의 그룹화된 안테나 각각을 DM-RS(DeModulation Reference Signal) 포트에 매핑하는 단계;
상기 DM-RS 포트에 기초하여 단말로 DM-RS를 송신하는 단계; 및
상기 단말로부터 상기 DM-RS 를 이용한 채널 측정 정보를 피드백받는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 Ng가 4 이하인 경우에 기초하여, 상기 DM-RS 포트에 대해 큰 지연 순환 지연 다이버시티 프리코딩이 사용되고,
상기 Ng가 4보다 큰 경우에 기초하여, 상기 DM-RS 포트를 분할하여 구성된 상기 Ng 그룹들에 대해 큰 지연 순환 지연 다이버시티 프리코딩이 사용되고, 상기 Ng 그룹들 각각에 속하는 안테나들 간에 동일한 프리코딩이 사용되는,

상기 프로세서는,
총 N개의 안테나를 Ng개의 그룹화된 안테나로 그룹화하고 (여기서 N 및 Ng는 양의 정수이며, N>Ng>0 이다);
상기 Ng개의 그룹화된 안테나 각각을 DM-RS(DeModulation Reference Signal) 포트에 매핑하고;
상기 DM-RS 포트에 기초하여 단말로 DM-RS을 송신하고,
상기 단말로부터 상기 DM-RS 를 이용한 채널 측정 정보를 피드백받도록 구성되며,
