(식 (A) 중, M은 Mg, Ca, Sr, Y, Zr, Mo, Ba, Pb, Bi, La, Ce, Nd 또는 Gd를 나타낸다. a, b 및 c는 0 ≤ a ≤ 1, 0 ≤ b ≤ 1, 0 ≤ c ≤ 0.2, 및 2a + 2b + (M의 원자가) × c = 2를 만족하고, 또한 a + b ≠ 0을 만족하는 수를 나타낸다.)
Li2FedMneNfSiO4... (B)
(식 (B) 중, N은 Ni, Co, Al, Zn, V 또는 Zr을 나타낸다. d, e 및 f는 0 ≤ d ≤ 1, 0 ≤ e ≤ 1, 및 0 ≤ f ≤ 1, 2d + 2e + (N의 원자가) × f = 2를 만족하고, 또한 d + e ≠ 0을 만족하는 수를 나타낸다.)

상기 산화물과 수불용성 도전성 탄소재료 및 수용성 탄소재료가 탄화되어 이루어지는 탄소로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종을 포함하는 복합체에 금속 불화물이 담지되어 이루어지는 이차전지용 양극 활물질. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 수불용성 도전성 탄소재료가 케첸블랙, 또는 그래파이트인 이차전지용 양극 활물질. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 탄소재료가 당류, 폴리올, 폴리에테르 및 유기산으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 이차전지용 양극 활물질. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 금속 불화물의 금속이 리튬, 나트륨, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 및 알루미늄으로부터 선택되는 이차전지용 양극 활물질. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 금속 불화물이 산화물과, 수불용성 도전성 탄소재료 및 수용성 탄소재료가 탄화되어 이루어지는 탄소로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종을 포함하는 복합체, 및 금속 불화물의 전구체가 습식혼합되고, 소성되어 산화물에 담지되어 이루어지는 이차전지용 양극 활물질. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 금속 불화물의 전구체가 불화암모늄, 불화수소산, 및 차아불소산으로부터 선택되는 불소 화합물, 및 초산금속염, 질산금속염, 젖산금속염, 옥살산금속염, 금속수산화물, 금속에톡시드, 금속이소프로폭시드, 및 금속부톡시드로부터 선택되는 금속 화합물인 이차전지용 양극 활물질. - 리튬 화합물 또는 나트륨 화합물, 인산 화합물 또는 규산 화합물, 및 적어도 철 화합물 또는 망간 화합물을 포함하는 금속염을 함유하는 슬러리 수 a를 수열반응에 제공하여 산화물 X를 얻는 공정 (I-1),
얻어진 산화물 X에 수불용성 도전성 탄소재료를 첨가하여 건식혼합하여 복합체 A를 얻는 공정 (II-1), 및
얻어진 복합체 A에 복합체 100질량부에 대해 0.1~40질량부의 금속 불화물의 전구체를 첨가하고 습식혼합하여 소성하는 공정 (III-1)
을 구비하는, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 이차전지용 양극 활물질의 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
공정 (II-1)에서의 건식혼합이, 산화물과 수불용성 도전성 탄소재료를 예비 혼합하고, 이어서 압축력 및 전단력을 부가하면서 혼합하는 혼합인 이차전지용 양극 활물질의 제조방법. - 리튬 화합물 또는 나트륨 화합물, 인산 화합물 또는 규산 화합물, 및 적어도 철 화합물 또는 망간 화합물을 포함하는 금속염을 함유하며 또한, 수불용성 탄소재료를 함유하는 슬러리 수 b를 수열반응에 제공하여 복합체 D를 얻는 공정 (I-2), 및
얻어진 복합체 D에 복합체 100질량부에 대해 0.1~40질량부의 금속 불화물의 전구체를 첨가하고 습식혼합하여 소성하는 공정 (II-2)
를 구비하는, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 이차전지용 양극 활물질의 제조방법.
